The hotel is very clean, all the staff are very friendly and helpful, good breakfast in a very nicely decorated and clean area. In addition to clean towels and cleaning, we had clean bed linen every day, the rooms were spotless. I noticed that one of the maids is very young, about the same as my daughter, barely of legal age, but this young lady does her job phenomenally and is very polite. Also the receptionist Luca, with whom we communicated the most out of all the staff, was very nice, kind and helpful. Thank you Luca for your help with parking and ztl zones! I must also emphasize that our dog was welcome everywhere in the hotel, even in the breakfast area, and that the additional cost for the dog is symbolic and I have never paid less for a dog anywhere than here. Only the place where the hotel is located does not leave any impression. It is an industrial zone and there are no facilities, especially not for families, but Vicenza is 10 minutes away by car, Padova is about half an hour away, as is Verona, so the location of the hotel itself is not that important when all the other pluses are taken into account . If we find ourselves in that part of Italy again, we will be very happy to stay in this hotel again and can only recommend it.

Personally, I and my family missed whole grain bread or pastries for breakfast, as well as a slightly larger selection of fresh vegetables, but that's really just a matter of taste and personal habit. In addition, there is a really good selection of everything.

If you travel by car the hotel has an ideal location to visit Vicenza and Verona. Check-in was fast and efficient. The room is spacious, the bed is huge and comfortable, 4 pillows, we received free chips and biscuits, tea and coffee. bathroom is equipped with toilet, bidet and a shower. The breakfast is wonderful, offers a great variety of salty and sweet stuff. There was a tourist group of 140 people there but the staff made a heroic effort to keep the servings available. Parking is free right in front of the entrance. Wi-fi is strong and stable.

This Best Western was AMAZING! The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was modernized and updated and my sister and I felt very safe staying there. I couldn't recommend enough.

The location isn't the best if you don't have a car. Only because the trains coming to Altavilla are not as consistent as trains coming in and out of Vicenza. That said, there is a regular bus and you can get the train, it can just be more of a wait.

Its a beautiful hotel with a very nice lobby and views of the surrounding towns and villages. The car park is at the front of the hotel which is very convenient.

I wish the hotel could give the climate controls of the room, inside the room instead of keeping them at the reception and then the guest needs to call the reception incase he/she needs an increase or decrease in temperature.

We stayed at this accommodation because our car broke down and we had to tow it to the nearest service center. This hotel was the closest, and we stayed for one night. It served its purpose well. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The air conditioning worked perfectly. What I must praise the most is the behavior of the receptionist. He was very helpful and friendly to us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was excellent, easy free parking in front of the hotel, exceptional staff very fast check-inn, very good room, facilities and bathroom, exceptional breakfast, very fast check-out, excellent value for money.

The light in the bathroom is automatic switching on at movement detection, and you can not switch off, is also automatic. In the night is too much light in bathroom.

The hotel is in good location near to the highway, big parking place, big rooms. The buffet breakfast is super, you can choose from a huge variety. You can find everything in the bathroom what you need, slippers, bathrope, shaving set, toothbrush and toothpaste. They are very useful if you are a transit guest. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms are a little bit old fashioned and the furniture are a little bit used, but everything was clean.

Location excellent re access to Vicenza but located between a main road and railway line. In the season before aircon and when fresh cooler air was needed, having window open meant handling some 'traffic' noise

The hotel was decent, we arrived late at around 10:30 p.m. and we were starving, they served us a nice dinner although the kitchen was closing, this really was great service. The room was fine, it's a simple hotel and clean. The staff was really nice, they made the stay worth it. The bed was comfortable, and everything was fine. Breakfast was nice, it had a big variety.

There's nothing that I didn't like to be honest, the only thing is that I went on a very high season to attend Vicenza Oro and the prices of the hotels were very high, so the value for money is higher that what I was expecting.

The room was very clean, had plenty of room and had nice fresh decor. The bathroom again was clean with lots of lovely soft towels etc. Breakfast and the evening meal had plenty of choice and were both very well presented.

I thought the air conditioning within the bedroom could have been more powerful. Maybe more danish choice rather than cakes for breakfast.
