We loved the friendliness of the staff in Hotel Kyriad Rennes..they were so helpful to us.The hotel was spotless and so lovely and warm on a cold afternoon. We especially loved the artwork and quotations that were all over the hotel. We had to leave early so we didn't get to enjoy breakfast..but we will stay for breakfast next time.

The only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't have stayed longer!! We were only there for one night.Thank you, everyone at Hotel Kyriad Rennes..yiu give us a wonderful introduction to Rennes.

Very nice hotel right in front of the train station, quiet ample room and very comfy beds with soft memory foam pillows and two additional large ones. TV with Chromecast service, fast internet and free tea at the reception. Shower is nice with very good temperatures control. Breakfast not exactly affordable, better to have breakfast outside in one of the many places in the surroundings

Breakfast is expensive

The appartment was very clean, and the bed super confortable. All the facilities were in good functioning order. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and gave us all the information needed. The location is very good if you need to travel by train - there are also many convenient places to eat nearby. The distance to the city center is reasonable by foot (20-25 min).

Lovely clean and modern bathroom, friendly staff. Very well located for station and easy to walk to the things we need wanted to see in Rennes centre. Felt good value.

Deep pile on carpet which I think makes it easier to keep clean. Room smelt of smelly feet (suspect just bad luck from previous occupant). But not a big problem as room was on back of hotel so was quiet and we kept window open.

Very nice staff, cozy hotel with nice view and bathtub. We went to Rennes for Yaouank, so the location was very convenient. Also it is right in front of the train station. It can feel a bit unsafe in the late evening to walk around, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

We liked everything and we warmly recommend the hotel.

I was contacted by the manager of the hotel a week earlier to ask me what were my needs before the due date. I really appreciated this move. We rarely see that in other hotels. You have exceptional management and staff in general. They are so helpful and try to give you the best experience. I had a beautiful view to the train station and a very nice clean room.

Excellent location in front of the station and with access to metro. Compact but comfortable room with all you might need including safe and fridge. Very quiet too. Good to have coffee tea and a kettle in the room.

We did not try the breakfast so we cannot say whether it was good or not. Bathtub in the bathroom was too small it would have been better to just have a shower. Staff were polite but not extra friendly.

The location, room and breakfast could not be faltered. The staff were very helpful. The themed rooms are an excellent idea. A lot of thought has been put into the whole concept.

I wasn’t sure about carpeted rooms. They look very good now but I worry about what they’ll look like in the future. This is only a small point. It wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

We had a Star Wars themed room which was great. We had room to hang clothes, etc. The shower worked well too.

I don't drink instant coffee so I was disappointed that there was no coffee maker in the room. There were no glasses either, just plastic cups in the bathroom.

Massive comfortable bed in nicely designed room. Good shower with good water pressure. Nice breakfast. Great location right opposite the train station and about 15 minutes walk in a straight line into the town. Staff on reception and at breakfast friendly and cheerful.
