Everything was great!

It just smelled like a little sewer problem, but other than that overall, everything was great.

Free real breakfast, including made to order omelets! Free drink happy hour. Restaurant open late. Fantastic staff. Room was so comfortable. I could adjust the temp to my liking. Airport shuttle easy! I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends, in fact already have! Adult only swim 10 to 12. Free wifi. Easy to connect to.

The pool seemed a little cold to me but I get cold very easy it was probably perfect for anyone else. Internet was free but found it dropped at times.

clean room with already made sofa bed upon pulling out. The on-site restaurant and the complimentary happy hour with free soda and snacks for kiddos and alcoholic drinks for adults.

The bathroom in the pool area was disgusting and overflowing with poo and toilet paper and wouldn’t flush, it smelled really bad. When the sofa bed was pulled out there was barely any room to walk around it which you had to do to get in and out of the room. You must pay for parking per day. Which is crazy because I’m paying to stay here why am I paying to park here too ?

Best inclusive breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel. Huge cooked-to-order omelets were probably the best I’ve ever had, period! Tons of other breakfast choices too. Food at onsite restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Also liked cocktail hour in the evening.

Hotel decor and furnishings a little dated. Kind of stingy on towels, toilet paper, soap etc., although they would provide extra upon request.

The front staff were great! There was a mix up with my room and so I didn't quite get the room I had booked, but it worked out fine so I didn't complain, and the morning staff were very accomodating when it came to the many questions I had about the situation. The hotel offers complimentary cocktails & a breafast buffet. The staff were helpful and nice to answer any questions I had. The omelet station was definitely the highlight of my morning.

The bathroom definitely needed upgrades. The toilet was rusty and there was alot of dust and mold in the vents. The complimentary breakfast buffet was beneath my expectations as I've stayed at another Embassy suites recently. The staff were busy talking with each other about personal problems and there was food spilled all over the counters that should have been cleaned up. Also, several items were burnt and therefore not edible for consumption.

The parking sucks and is a pain to keep getting a ticket Everytime u come and go And charge $17 a day is stupid if I'm already paying to stay and I'm local so I could of just got dropped off but still charged me.. is ridiculous

Spacious room. Attentive staff. Comfortable beds

Couple small things. Neither one was major but both were inconvenient. First, there was a leak in my bathroom when I checked in. Maintenance came shortly after I reported it but looked as if the leak had been there for a while and should have been caught during housekeeping inspection. I was also a little disappointed at how long it took to get a blanket that we requested shortly after checking in. I went to the front desk after calling and getting no answer. The Associate said she would get us one. Two hours hours still no blanket. I end up finding a housekeeper who was working on the floor to give me a blanket. Almost two hours after getting one from the housekeeper, the front desk sent us one.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was very good with many options. They began breakfast at 7am and also offer no cost drinks during our arrival around 6 pm. The staff was friendly. I loved the size of the room, it was a suite with a door. The room was really nice and clean. The bed was okay, not as comfortable like other hotels I have stayed in. The food at the restaurant within the hotel was ok. I think our waitress had too many tables. Overall very good option for a couple of days.

The beds could have been better.

I love the whole atmosphere. Everything u need literally. Rooms are spacious, free breakfast and they make u omelettes, nice indoor pool and patio and they even give u a night cap 😉. Enough parking and it’s free. What more could u ask for here

I’m 32 and beautiful and the night cap guy I’d me. I had all my kids with me two are teens. I guess he thought we was all friends lol. But that irritates me because I had to send my kid back to the room to get my id and I’m the one that bought the room. That fueled me for a sec

Front office people very helpful and nice, they have complimentary evening reception free drinks for all guests, pet friendly with nice green area for dogs. While walking our dog we have the wonderful experience of seeing fireflies coming out from the grass, this was my daughter first time seeing them alive, best experience ever.

The location, road was kind of confusing.
