I like the way they make the beds. They are so tight, no creases,, clean sheets, comforters are fluffy, fresh,,and comfortable. Pillows there is many on each bed and I love a lot of pillows.
The only thing I didn't like was the doors inside and out are dirty. The hall doors are dirty. The doors coming from outside for security are not secure any longer. When I stayed before they used to lock, the last couple times I stayed they were open for anyone!!!

the staff was very nice, the room was clean and I had no issues with anything upon arrival. for the price it was very good.
there wasn't much of a breakfast, they didn't have any spoons, napkins, cups. that part of it wasn't ran very well. I do know that most hotels/ motels offer a decent breakfast or Continental breakfast, but once again for the price I can understand.

Dee at the front desk was really nice and had excellent customer service made me feel very welcome. It was close to restaurant and shopping centers.
I honestly didn’t dislike anything about this place to be honest. I really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent choice! The receptionist Amy very nice, the room clean and very comfortable, with nice cable service. I will definitely recommend it for vacations in Pensacola.

Everything it's where I'm from and it's easy to locate and it's surrounded by food places which is great
That the hotel didn't have any smoking rooms you guys should try to have smoking rooms because Florida has some funny weather it would be nice if you could have a couple smoking suites
