Lovely big room, very clean and good value. Super easy to find right off the metro at Unseo, come out exit 1 and look up! Well lit and very safe feeling area to make your way to the hotel. Friendly helpful reception staff

The shuttle! Just as well it was easy to find from the metro as it was very difficult to book the free shuttle and then impossible to find at the airport. Just make sure you get some cash on the way through the airport, walk through following the signs and buy a ticket at the machine.

As most may do, we've picked this one to stay one night before flying from Incheon Airport, so we wanted to have it comfortable, clean, close to the airport and still quiet enough to get proper sleep. This is what we got and even better than expected. Modern, spacious room with a washing machine, large comfortable bed, spacious, modern and very clean bath, the option to cook something (we did not), all directly at station so we jumped at the local airport (Gimpo), jumped into the AREX and traveled (more or less) directly to the (well hidden) front office of the Golden Tulip. All around the hotels you'll find everything you need: shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, DAISO, ... Breakfast in the hotel was good, likely one of the best (western) we've had in Korea so far. We've had enough time on the day of checkout, so we left our baggage in the hotel (for free), jumped on the bus, went to see the lovely coastline with even a SEA SIDE RAIL BIKE track (google: yeongjong sea side rail bike) and got a free airport shuttle to Incheon Airport from the hotel in the evening. All in all a great experience.

It was hard to find the reception at first, so if you read this: When coming from the station, do NOT take the first entry into the hotel (this is for the apartments only) and do NOT take the escalator upstairs but walk straight on through the patio into the second entry. There is the reception. The shuttle bus starts directly in front of the reception. It was also quite a bit noisy, even in the patio with windows closed, but this was more because of the party-people than planes/ street... anyway it was still ok.

During my recent trip to Korea, I stayed total 2 nights in Golden Tulip Incheon Airport Hotel, 1 on the night of my arrival, and another 1 on the night before my departure. Each of the stays gave me very contrasting experience. The night before my departure, i checked-in to a seems to be newly renovated room, with modern bathroom, separating wet/dry area, electronic bidet, everything was very good, but this was not the case for my stay on my arrival. But overall I'm satisfied with my stay in this hotel and would recommend to anyone having an early departure from Incheon airport due to the ideal location just beside Unseo Station of Arex all-stop train.

On my arrival (late night), i was given a room with very poor bathroom, where there's no door/shower curtain to separate the shower area and the dry area, causing the whole bathroom floor is wet the entire night. And the basin using a lousy sensor water tap which was extremely annoying coz the sensor is not consistently working and it is difficult to even wash my face, and the toilet has no bidet as listed in the bathroom facility.

The hotel is really nice, the rooms spacious, big bed, big TV, big windows, clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night though on the way to the airport. The free shuttle takes 15-20min to Terminal 2 and 30-40min to Terminal 1. Very convenient.

The shuttle driver was on his phone and seemed overall very tired and sleepy (even though this was in the afternoon). That didn't make us feel safe. So, it would have been great to keep an eye on them. The hotel was great.

Close to AirPort. Just in front of Unseo metro station to airport and to the center of town. Free shuttle bus available. But not only airport. Take a relax and visit the wonderful Island Muui Dong and the Hanagae Beach, about 45 minutes from hotel by public bus. Just ask to hotel staff. In the Island there are some wonderful landscape, beach and trails on the mountain, as well as a terrific tide, where the sea goes back for about 2 km!!! And we can see many people as well as thousend of birds collecting different mind of shells. A really great experience.

I reserved a superior room, but it wasn’t like the description. So the staff gave me a couple of free breakfast for compensation because there was not other rooms available. I think the hotel must pay attention to the description of rooms. Great staff overall.

The location was great. Not far from restaurants and easy to get to from the airport. Room and hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious.

The shuttle bus was not free and the way the luggage was stacked down the aisle with passengers was dangerous. Large and heavy luggage moved and fell as the bus turned corners. One nearly fell on a child.

The room we stayed in was rather large, the bathroom was nice, the bed comfortable, and our room even had a clothes washer which was great in the middle of our long trip!

Even though we were on a high floor, being so close to the train station and a big intersection meant we had a fair bit of traffic noise. Nothing some earplugs couldn't block out though! We also booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle, but then only realized upon check-in that the first shuttle doesn't depart the hotel until 6am. Given we were traveling during the holidays, this wasn't enough margin for our 7:30 flight which was pretty frustrating.

the room was very good...but the faucet ( in the bathroom) was loose , and that can not be

breakfast was indicated as starting at 06:00, but the person at the reception told me that it started at 06:30, and that prevented me from having a breakfast that I had paid for... and it turned out that it really started at 06:00

We stayed at Residence Wing for two nights and it was very comfortable! The room was large enough. There was a small kitchen (we did not cook), a washing machine (handy but it was a challenge to understand programs in Korean), and a big fridge. The staff was very friendly :) A hypermarket (Lotte Mart) is 2 minutes walk. Great location!

It was not clear if we had enough WiFi connection in the room (we had our WiFi device and we sometimes used the WiFi on the lower floor). These are not negative points but some notes about the free shuttle service: - Check the timetable first (depending on the moment of the day, but there are not so many services for early in the morning) - If you prefer flawless access, think about going by train for the following reason: * there are two buses (one to T1 and the other to T2) and the queuing lines were not clear. At some point, disrespectful people jumped in the queue. However, if you have a big suitcase, the free shuttle is still better because it drops us off just in front of the airport, ground floor)

The hotel is very conveniently located next to the Unseo subway station, which is about a forty minute ride to the popular Hongdae district in Seoul. There is round-trip shuttle service offered, although we just used one way from hotel to Incheon airport (and initially took the subway from the airport to the hotel). Rooms were clean and comfortable. Daughters’ room was a standard hotel room, while ours came with a mini kitchen. Lots of restaurants outside that open late.

Just a minor inconvenience, which wouldn’t affect people with small guest numbers: The room for our two daughters was located in the main hotel building while our room was in the adjacent building. This just meant having to do a few trips outside of our building to bring stuff to them.
