The room was relatively large and comfortable for my family and I. very clean. There was a well equipped kitchen if needed.

There was a nice porch, though a large fan from one of the close units made tons of noise and made it difficult to hear another person talk. Additionally, the water from the AC from the room above us leaked into our porch.

Perfect base for a stay in Gravenhurst, right by the lake and at the end of the lakeside boardwalk. Large suite which meant plenty of room for our 17 year old daughter on the sofa bed in the sitting room. Well equipped kitchen. Loved the breakfasts and we enjoyed having the pool and gym available (some of us made more use of these than others!) Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

We were very happy that they gave us a bigger room😍 Everything was good, the pool, the location, the cleanliness, the staff.

The breakfast was good, though I don’t like this style (no proper cups just paper ones). Could have more vegetarian/vegan options. The cleaner threw away my wine acrylic glasses that were over the counter.

Breakfast was good with good selection. Staff was very accomodating...they had read the note attached to our booking and gave us the room type that we had requested.

Coffee urn was empty and we had to go to front desk to requst more. We were not the only ones to not get that much needed first cup! But, it was looked after quickly.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. The boardwalk is quit comfortable to walk or bike. The staff is very friendly. They are at your beck and call if and when needed .I give it a 11 out of 10

For our stay the only dislike was It wasn't long enough. My wife didn't want it to end. I think you spoiled her lol

Love the space and the kitchen in the one bedroom suite. Bed was very comfortable.

The living room couch is very uncomfortable and neither of us could comfortably sit on it for long.

Staff was so kind at the front desk (to me and other guests and my son) patient and kind!! (Tuesday staff particularly) (Also breakfast staff and maintenance) The rooms were big and clean and so comfortable, the bed was soooo comfortable. Really felt lucky and have plans of returning again!!! It was a hotel that accommodated my you g kids (baby and two year old). Seemed very family friendly. So much to explore near the hotel, had a great breakfast and enjoyed a carefree stay. The pool was very fun, as well as clean. Perfect for little ones.

Room cleaning wasn't very good.it was OK,but not very thorough. For example, for our room, they only made the bed and emptied the garbage, but they did not vacuum and did not clean the tables.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The facilities were excellent, and the service was great. The breakfast was good , and the overall experience was very refreshing. A perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

The check-in and check out were very easy and the staff were very pleasant and helpful

For the price of the room, the state of the room EG age of facilities, I would think needs some updating. I would expect this more from a hotel room half the price. The bathroom in particular looked very rough but was still very clean
