The staff went above and beyond to help me out change to another room where I did not have mosquitoes, humidity and bad smell. The first room is located on the first floor. Second room locayed on the third floor and wasn't humid. Beds are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the servers and cooks incredibly kind. They do the best they can with what they have. The payment is done on site not thru the app. I do recommend this hotel for the staff, close proximity to Tlaquepaque Center, but be sure to request rooms on the floors above.

Please know that this is a small hotel only 40 rooms. There is a court yard with a fountain that does create a nice atmosphere but also humidity and mosquitoes. I would advise to not stay on the first floor. Also, they don't take payments online. You have to pay once you arrive.

Great location, courteous and friendly staff, exceptionally clean, restful & peaceful accommodations. Wish the breakfast menu was a little more expansive but since it was included with the room I didn’t want to seem ungrateful. I felt at home and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The stairs going to the rooftop kitchen were a little annoying for my 75 year old mom.

Beautiful little hotel close to El Parián area as well as other areas. Friendly staff, helpful. The suite was a nice size. Breakfast was nice.

The little pool looked like it lacked any kind of maintenance....I wouldn't get in it. The air conditioner did not work well. It did cool the room a little, but only a little. The Guadalajara area was experiencing quite the little heat wave however.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The staff was so welcoming and bent over backwards to accommodate us. We had 2 rooms and both were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was always available no matter what time we returned from our trips. I couldn't recommend it more!

Very quiet, we couldn't hear noises from the street, the hallway and the rooms next to us. Clean. Air condition, comfortable beds. Location, 10 minutes walk to the Parian. Very nice staff. Breakfast included, was delicious.

beautiful and comfortable hotel. it is located about 4 blocks from Tlaquepaque center 🤩 walking distance or short and cheap Uber ride. The staff was really inviting and attentive to our needs. breakfast was fabulous that coffee was amaziiing and the molletes don’t get me started! great stay!

This is a lovely hotel close to the central part of Tlaquepaque. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is of the old style and very quaint. the location was perfect for us and the parking down the street was safe for the night.

Our rooms were a bit rustic, but very clean and well stocked with towels and soaps.

We loved the location, Tlaquepaque is a very short walk. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Wi-Fi was good too.

The bathroom was extremely small, not enough hooks for towels. Also, in general, there are not enough outlets in the room.
