The property is gorgeous from the outside, and gorgeous on the inside. The hotel is a recent build and is in a quiet spot. Our room was clean, and the TV even had my name on it welcoming us. The breakfast in the mornings was very good, and they had made to order omelets, pancakes, and waffles! When you check in you get a card for 21+ that allows for two free drinks in the evenings between 5-6:30, and they have lemonade and snacks for the kiddos. There is a restaurant inside the hotel as well. The bathroom was huge and the shower was very nice with nice bath products.

The pool was minimal, and there is no hot tub. The floor of our room was slightly sticky when we walked in, but it may have been from cleaning products.

This is our 2nd year stopping in Bowling Green and staying at The Embassy suites on our way to Louisville for family Christmas. It has turned into a huge part of the fun of our "Christmas in Kentucky" The decor inside, the firepits outside and the Christmas lights upon arrival make it feel so special. We love being able to grab a quick drink at the bar and then letting our kiddo swin in the pool . The breakfast is always exceptional as we head out to complete our trip. We will be back in 2025!

Everything was great!

The breakfast staff were great.

Shower needed to be cleaned and repaired. The caulk was in bad shape. Was told to request extended check out the morning of departure and then they were not able to give us that. We were getting ready for a wedding and had to be out 4 hours before the wedding. House keeping was waiting outside the door and front desk was calling at 1150. We only needed 30 more minutes but had to rush and get out because they acted like they couldn’t give us just a few more minutes. Added a lot of stress.

Breakfast was great. There were no long waits on personal orders and the food selection was very good; something for everyone. The staff was very courteous and cleaned tables as needed.

When you pay via third party, there was confusion. I had booked 2 rooms using Booking.com and there was some confusion regarding the second room. The person at the front desk simply left without explanation and didn't return for some time. When he did return we worked everything out. Just abruptly leaving me at the desk without explaining why was rude.

Everything and everyone!! The staff is cream of the crop. My son is coming to play football for WKU so that’s how we found out about you during our first stay of recruitment. I have never seen such a gorgeous yet down to earth hotel and we have travelled quite a bit. LAURIE KLOOS- most wonderful, personable, friendly, caring - and that’s just to say a few things we all felt about this lady- breakfast staff member- she’s one of the main reasons we have chosen to return to this hotel in Bowling Green. I can’t brag enough about this lady. She goes over & beyond to welcome & care for everyone. She’s the cherry on top of this amazing cake always served to us. We will always stay here from now on as we watch our son grow into this amazing WKU family and look forward to returning here from Texas for the next 4 years❤️ Thank you for such a loving and beautiful place to stay.

I really liked the facilities. Very modern and clean. The breakfast was great, but there seemed to be items missing on day 2. I also wish they provided larger glasses to drink out of. I really love that they offer trays to carry food back to your room. The evening reception was great and I enjoyed talking with the bartender, but I didn't like that they came and took all the food away 20 minutes early. The room was really nice and very comfy. Fantastic shower!

Something is up with the temperature control. I have stayed here twice and you just can't get the room to the right temp. The front desk staff said this is an ongoing headache for most guests. This is a brand new build, so that shouldn't be happening. I didn't like the evening reception being packed up early.

Beautiful hotel and property. Well designed pool with steps on three sides. Great breakfast offering. Spacious floor lobby and hallways. Living area in room very nice, especially including table. Lots of plug-ins, more than enough for our many electronic devices. Who I believed to be the Manager on duty while checking in was extremely nice.

We had 2 rooms, one perfect except for no bag in ice bucket. The other had a long hair in refrigerator, floors sticky, and slight water damage in tub area. If not for beds made up and items stocked, I might have questioned if it had been cleaned.

Everything was clean & modern! Staff was super friendly! And the desk lady LOVED HER! my suite was SUPER CUTE I LOVED IT! It felt like a mini apartment like I was home away from home. And I almost forgot: they put WELCOME GABRIEL ON THE TV! Wow! That felt special for sure!

Not enough recessed lighting in the tv room & bedroom. For the main room its just a lamp in the far right corner near the window. (Excluding lighting near entrance) No recessed lighting in that corner. For the bedroom no recessed lighting at all. Just the two lamps which only provide decent lighting. But it’s not a big deal worth mentioning honestly. so I am okay with it. DEFINITELY STAYING HERE AGAIN!!

We came in for the Tri-Five Nationals Car Show & we got there a little early & was able to go ahead & check-in. The front desk staff was AWESOME!! Very friendly!! Our room was very spacious. We loved the Suite we were in. It had everything we needed. Every time we left to go somewhere, we noticed that they always had someone cleaning windows, mopping, straightening up. Nothing was ever out of place. We really enjoyed the bar in the afternoons & our FREE DRINKS!! The Breakfast was also more than we expected!! They had everything from oatmeal ( with all the toppings you could think of! ), cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, sausage (patties & links), bacon, eggs, and my favorite - made to order pancakes & omelets!! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and nice, always willing to help if we had any questions. When we are back in the area, we will definitely be staying here again!! 5 stars in our book!!!

NOTHING!!

You asked about breakfast. Power went out. Breakfast was therefore bad. Some towels were nice and new and fluffy, but the others were duster material. We did not know that no one would come and renew the coffee supplies and towels. You need to make that clear.

Power went out as we left our room. Buffet food was already lukewarm. No coffee. No promised omelettes. Bottom sheet was not deep enough for a deeper mattress, so everything rumpled up. This is elementary stuff. Give your old sheets to hotels with thinner mattresses. Some towels were the old Motel 8 rubbish. Throw away your old towels. It's awful to be given something granny would have tossed years ago. It would be nice if you offered a to go breakfast for those of us who have to get up early to leave. I guess you do lot of Corvette traffic, so you need to offer more for those of us who need to get going early. You could be the Corvette Hotel, but I didn't see it.
