I travel quite a bit and have stayed at a variety of hotels. I wasn’t expecting much at his hotel, but I was SO IMPRESSED by how clean it was! Parking was great! There is a Dairy Queen and a Safeway close by for quick food options. A nice little fuel station (with gas & diesel thankfully!) right next door! All of the front desk staff were SO NICE & helpful! Relaxing free massage chair in the lobby, coffee and tea anytime, good breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, juices, coffee, tea, bananas, yogurt, etc. Facility was really top notch and I was very impressed and am planning to stay again when I come back up in a few weeks!

The only thing I didn’t like was the strictly locked doors into the dining room. One door wasn’t functioning with me room card so someone inside let me in. That was a little odd and I’ve never encountered a locked dining area before but I’m sure there is a good reason for them to have it setup like that.

Most everything about this hotel was excellent, but we hated the security monitors prominently displayed in the lobby showing that they have cameras throughout the property. It felt very “big brotherseque”. We felt like we were being spied on. They really need to get rid of those. It is insulting to guests. I have never seen them blatantly displayed in the lobby for guests to see. It was like management was warning guests that they are being watched. Not cool. I am sure most hotels have security cameras and that is great, but to prominently display them for guests to see is just rude.

The Front Desk ladies were all wonderful people for both the day and evening shifts. And the night shift gentleman was able to help me extend my reservation for a second night and keep the same room. I've been in several hotels across the country this year on a journey and this hotel gets an A. Also, I was amazed by how quiet it was, even with the window open.

Well the ghosts coming through the walls at night bugging me when I'm trying to sleep irked me. It's fine when I'm awake because they're cracking me up with their antics. They come up from the water that's not too far away in the Sound.

Easy to find. Check in desk clerk was very professional in a tough situation where Booking.com did not send over the correct room type that was paid for online. We were given a discount to the correct room type that was available.

We could not have the jetted tub that we booked on booking.com. If I knew that was unavailable, I would have booked a queen bed and saved more money. That website is notorious for doing that. (Experience of 15 years in hotel reservations for a group of major chains.) White towels and wash rags were clean but stained on several. Kind of creeped me out a bit. In fairness to your staff, I did not advise the desk.

I absolutely loved everything about MY stay at the Red Lion Inn & Suites Port Orchard. The Staff was AMAZING ! Jerri, Garry, and Lalani were Very hospitable. Even the night staff, Heather i think was her name was so sweet. I've stayed at other hotels in Silverdale and Bremerton and they can't hold a stck to the customer service we received on all four days . And let me not forget the Housekeeping crew.. 5 stars as well .This place IS clean ! Oh and thanks again to The maintenance Sup. our fridge conked out and he was Johnny on the spot. I'll be back soon, and This hotel will be my home away from home. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Staff were friendly, courteous and professional. This is a converted (Days Inn, I believe). Red Lion did a great job upgrading this property but could still be improved upon. The location is not close to town, more adjacent to the highway but far enough away that there is no noise from traffic. Very close to several restaurants, fast-food and traditional as well as a gas station. Perfect location for catching the shuttle to Sea-Tac airport. If you have a car, you are close to all shopping, restaurants and the downtown Port Orchard area and about 5 miles to the Southworth-Fauntleroy ferry to West Seattle and about 3 miles to the Port Orchard to Bremerton passenger only ferry. The breakfast is quite nice, set-up early and there is an attendant is there to assist in making waffle's, bagels etc. This property is an excellent price considering the offerings especially compared to other properties in the general vicinity.

Checking in, EVERY single employee checked with me, while the original young man was away checking on my room, as I was just a little early. Impressive, how attentive they were. Everyone was very helpful, both days! Kudos!! The nice lady, Lalani, at breakfast, the first morning, was very personable and was very focused on the guest and the cleanliness of the dining area. I don't normally eat sausages, yet since it was the only protein, I tried them, and they were cooked just right, and they were delicious. A+!!

The room had a bit of an odor, maybe old smoke? But I brought spray. It was remedying quickly!

We only stayed one night at the Red Lion, but we were very impressed. Our room was sparkling clean, very large, very comfortable and it we had a great sleep as it was so quiet. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and the 24 hour coffee was very appreciated. And the price could not be beat!

Your staff is friendly and professional, the coffee maker in lobby is wonderful, massage chairs, bananas to start your day, free breakfast, clean room, nice and quiet. The other guests were lovely and friendly.

The property is under construction. That is great, but I have to acknowledge "under construction" signs around and paint smell. Everything so far looks great!

It was super clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was over the top and the hostess was busy keeping everything fresh and clean. Lots of hot options to choose from. Also they were so accommodating when at the last minute we didn’t have our dog and they changed our room to a non pet one.

Nothing really. No elevator may be a problem for people with mobility issues.
