We spent some amazing days in this hotel. It is very new, the ambience is nice, people are kind. Breakfast was included in our reservation, you had a buffet with plenty of choices, as well as a little menu (no extras charged for this) with some hot dishes to ask for. Coffee was delicious! The rooms were always clean, they smelled amazing. The restaurant of the hotel is one of the bests in town. Very recommended! For the restaurant and the massages, it is recommended to book in advance, as they are usually fully booked every night. A very special mention to Giovanni, who welcomed us in the reception every day with a huge kindness, a smile, and a good recommendation of activities/places to visit in town. Thank you all!

Nestled in a very cozy village close to Aosta. Worth the overnight stay or even more if you come in winter. Small shops around and good gelato store right beside the hotel. Room small but tasteful decoration, funny shower emplacement across the bathroom right as you come in the doorway. Beautiful view and terrace to watch the sunset and children playing in the park in front of the hotel. Beautiful spa.’ But book in advance. Large and plentiful of towels in the bathroom.

The food was less than i expected, unfortunately. Breakfast ok, but croissants could definitely be more tasty and bigger. The shop across the street had delicious homemade ones, why not ask them for their recipe?

Lovely hotel in the middle of Cogne. Perfect location for exploring the valley or hiking into the mountains. We loved the spa - had it to ourselves both days. Balcony overlooking the valley was fantastic. Staff were competent and efficient. Breakfast was good.

We were unlucky that there was a wedding on the day we arrived. Music until 2am and another hour of people settling in and going to bed. Not ideal for early hiking. The balcony room was not soundproofed. 2nd night was much better but still very thin walls. Earplugs recommended.

Very nice Hotel with a lovely view to the mountains. Very nice pool and jacuzzi (inside and outside). The way from Aosta to Cogne is incredible beautiful.

The waiter chooses your table for breakfast based on your room. From my understanding, if you pay less you can not have a seat at the window (where you have the best view). And the tables (for two) were not occupied when we arrived there to have breakfast… so… I felt not so good with this “distinction”.

pool bigger than it looks in the photos although outdoor tub smaller than it looks. spa area is amazing. Loved the salt cave too. Staff always great, shout out particularly to Sebastian at the bar who was lovely with the kids and made them feel special sitting at the bar. Rooms gorgeous and super comfortable with no noise from other rooms. Incredible views. Fantastic location in the middle of the village with a kids playground right outside and the snow park next to it. Hotel restaurant was excellent. Hotel just has a lovely comforting and cosy feel. Underground parking a perk too.

A niggle, but the ability to buy smaller snacks through the day as the lunchtime slot is quite small and we wanted something simple like a toastie for lunch rather than a big meal. But really, hardly a problem.

The Spa, including the outside sauna and jacuzzi. the views from the room, and the location in the middle of the village and next to the ski area. The hotel also offers free charging station for electric cars and garage space.

Breakfast offers always the same short menu. Personnel is not well trained and their attitude is cold and not welcoming. Heating is interrupted at evening and the temperature in the room is not comfortable during the night.

Outdoor hot-tub in the sub-zero outdoor temperature is a real treat. Nice touch to have a sauna by the exit too. The spa area as a whole has a very relaxing feel to it and I enjoyed some quiet time in the salt room. Small hotel allows for a personal feel. The rooms are large and everyone gets a balcony. Staff are mostly very helpful and go above and beyond, special shout-out to Cristian and Nicola for enhancing my time at the bar. Martina at front desk is real star too! Parking in the basement. Would definitely return!

Unfortunately no spa treatments could be booked even 3 days in advance.

The view from the room is breathtaking. The room itself was really comfortable. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were great. The spa facilities are fantastic. There is a garage right under the property, which is free and it's connected to the hotel. Several restaurants and shops near the hotel.

The shower is not actually part of the bathroom but it's just behind the front door of the room.

This hotel is truly amazing! Its combination of modern decor with traditional accents created a warm and welcoming ambience in our spacious room with comfortable bedding and an opulent bathroom featuring a rain shower. Welcomed by its friendly and courteous staff providing impeccable service during our entire stay. Breakfast was fantastic (with oysters and champagne).

The hotel and staff are amazing, that includes not just hotel itself but also restaurant & spa. We really enjoyed staying there. The restaurant offers amazing food and it was very nice to taste something new every other day - no disappointment at all! The spa is also very nice and gives a lot of options for relaxation, really great people working in the hotel and spa! Finally the view is amazing, you can spend days just enjoying wonderful view and walking around this place! Really highly recommended for relaxation and spending a few days away from crowd and noise!
