Location was excellent. Getting to and from the facility was also convenient. Bed was comfortable, and room was clean.

We couldn't regulate the temperature in the room. It was super hot even though the outside temp was -5-10. A/C worked for about 2 hours then shut off and wouldn't work again. It was a bit pricey, but considering we were on the hill in peak tourist season, I guess it was appropriate.

great location, nice area around, was quiet, ac was great, bed was comfortable, room was very large and had full size fridge/ freezer and dishwasher with plates, utensils etc.

Overall finishes could use an update, tv quite small, really hated the sink/ vanity outside the bathroom and right next to the bed without a door. Loved that it was pet friendly but was charged $46 pet fee which is very, very high in comparison to what we usually pay elsewhere.

Very kind staff from the time of booking all questions were answered in a timely manner. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with plates, pots etc. Only less than 5 minutes to town too which is great!

The hide-a-bed was awful, you could feel every spring in the mattress. The restaurant wasn't open again second year in a row. I would suggest opening it mid November rather than December 15th? We had approximately 40 of us there for a family event and they would have made great revenue from all of us!

Perfect location! Literally right at the base of the chair lifts and in the heart of the village. They make skiing with a family so easy! Great ski locker set up for gear and walking right out to the lifts. Enjoyed having a kitchenette for cooking, made it so easy to come home for lunch to eat and warm up by the fire. Simple and dated but cozy and amazing location. Kids enjoyed the pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub.

Kitchen cookware limited, could be updated.

The double suite is perfect for two couples travelling together. Have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. We really appreciated the separate bathrooms and the living area/kitchenette.

There were so disruptive guests who were yelling at all hours of the night and hotel staff did not seem to do anything about it. Pool closes too early.

Room was really nice as always as were all the facilities. Love the underground parking especially.

The second hot tub was not open and another person who goes often said it has been closed many times. The pool hours could be a little earlier. Also would have liked to had a room viewing the ski hill but did not ask however, it seemed very quiet and this could have just been done we feel as a surprise to us?

Suite was very comfortable. Dining room pleasantly affordable and very good.

Only 1 elevator for the entire section of the hotel. Even in off season, it was pretty busy and waits for the elevator were obnoxiously long. Second, the bathtub was very, very slippery. At least ours was a lawsuit waiting to happen. After my husband took a shower, I didn't dare to take one. My balance isn't the best and I didn't want to hurt myself at the beginning of my vacation.

The king size bed. The easy access to the hill. The friendly staff. The underground parking. The water cooler was a nice touch. The outdoor pool and hot tub is bonus.

We were there four nights and we were given one t towel and dishcloth...please easy fix this. Also a small blender would be appreciated. The toilet nearly backed up...a plunger would save you a lot of money. The elevator needs upgrading and you need more suitcase carts.

Super comfortable beds & pillows. Clean pool & change rooms. Very handy kitchen tools & plates, bowls. Loved the BBQs available. Beautiful views from the double-sided balcony. Quiet. Felt like a home!

Phone and bedside lamp didn't work in king bed bedroom. Not enough towels for the amount of people booked. Could've had more blankets for the sofa bed. Muffins or bagels for breakfast would've been nice.

This is a ski lodge that is probably super busy in the winter but quiet for the summer. My husband and I had been driving for four days. We booked this hotel and the minute we walked in the hotel and room we booked an extra night. So glad we did! Great view from the room on the balcony, clean one bedroom condo. Loved it and would definitely go back. Downtown pizza place was delicious
