Clean room and comfortable

The front desk employee gave me keys to a room and someone was already in the room! Also I asked him about the nearest place to eat, he told me he didn’t know of any, yet later I found out there was a Mexican restaurant next door and guess what……….. he was in there waiting to get his food!! He did thank me for having a good attitude about not going off about his mistake (giving me an already reserved room). He said anyone else would have demanded to be compensated. The room was fantastic! I wanted to pack the bed up and take it with me, for it was so comfortable 😊

Good location. Close to interstate and restaurants, felt safe staying with just my daughter and myself. Check in was fast and easy. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Was able to pay for room with card and $100 security deposit with cash, which I got back at checkout. I have to stay locally once a month for my daughter to receive treatment at Egleston Children’s Hospital. It was only a 15 minute drive and checkout at 6AM was also quick and easy. Will definitely be returning to stay again each month.

Stayed on 5th floor where they are remodeling, it caused very strong odor in the halls. Room had a muggy or humid feel to it when we first arrived even though it was a cool day outside. The Burger Theory was closed for maintenance.

The location was good. Didn’t have the breakfast.

The air conditioning unit was making a very loud annoying noise. When I arrived for check in I had to pay $100.00 dollars holding charge on top of paying for the room. But at check out I received my $100.00 back. It doesn’t say on booking.com you have this pay this hold. On booking.com it was no deposit and you could choose to pay now or on property, this is a choice to have. But not mentioning the $100.00 dollars holding charge is very misleading on booking.com.

I like everything about the hotel the staff the chef who cooked my breakfast every morning, everyone was had great customer service.

I did not like booking.com because if I'm not mistaken when I started booking my room it was a rate of 122 but if I looked at my receipt each day the price went up why would the price go up so I've learned that if I'm going to stay at a hotel for a sabbatical I will call the hotels because I extended my stay one more day and I only paid $119 so tell me why booking.com for a hotel cost me more than if I booked it straight at the hotel thank you for your services but I will never use you again

Didn't like the fact that I booked a king but was I was given a 2 queen. If they would've been sold out I wouldn't have been able to get what I reserved. Reservation said breakfast was included but upon arrival there was a sign posted saying breakfast was $9. What's the purpose of having a burger joint on property if it isn't open during normal business hours.

All the staff of the hotel is just wonderful. The hotel is in a silent area, so I recommend it to those who are looking for privacy

I really enjoyed the pool and the parking but mostly I like that all the food spots we’re around the hotel

I really liked the stay but I didn’t like that when I got there about 6 I got my room and they were conjoined rooms but when I went in people were still there staying and I had to go get another room but were really nice about it so I appreciate that but I really wanted the conjoined rooms

The front desk reception Smitt was quick with my check in, my room was ready ahead of time. The Bar tender Jerimiah was a great hos, my drinks were perfect, made just right & the chef, Caesar made my food with love. My King Suite was clean & very cozy. Fully stocked with no issues. I absolutely enjoyed everything about my stay.

The hotel is undergoing renovations still, and there was some mess. The hotel room, while well provisioned, was a little cold and could benefit from a rug or blanket to add a touch of softness.

First and foremost is the staff. They are patient, efficient and smile with customer service. The pool was nice. You can walk to a plethora of restaurants and shopping.

The elevator keeps breaking down.
