Mostly everything was nice. They had a turkey option for breakfast. The coffee was delicious. The receptionists always spoke day or night. Our room was upgraded after a couple of failed keys. Fixed our clogged toilet quickly.

There was not a plain choice of eggs. They either had cheese or another topping scrambled in them. There was a horrible smell lingering in the lobby area. It was more noticeable near the elevators. The bathroom toilet in our room clogged up.

Large and spacious rooms, comfy bedding, great hot breakfast with good variety including hash browns and turkey sausage. Hot coffee and tea available all day. Nice ambiance and relaxing atmosphere. Good location. A gas station and waffle house is only a five minute walk. Overall a great value especially with breakfast included. There is also a fridge, microwave and coffee in the rooms. I would definitely stay again.

My room didn't have the toiletries on the sink area when I first arrived. Sometimes there was no staff at the front desk and you had to wait for minutes until someone came. This happened multiple times, even when I wanted to check out. One evening I went to the desk, and a staff member never acknowledged my presence, I just walked off.

Location and parking was easy

No carts available for luggage…. Very inconsiderate of others when people choose to keep them in their rooms for their convenience. Make it mandatory to bring them back downstairs for everyone!!! Husband has cancer and we were staying overnight for treatments. I had to make several trips from car to room because of others selfishness.

Checking in, the moment I step to the counter someone was there waiting to help me. It was an African-American male I can't remember his name but he greeted me immediately with a smile. The check-in process was hardly 45 seconds. He gave me all of the pertinent information regarding my stay and directed me to my room. From that moment forth somehow he remembered my name and was able to greet me when he saw me throughout the facility. He very kindly explained the breakfast policy, Wi-Fi password. He offered directions to nearby restaurants or locations if needed. I wish I could remember his name because he was fantastic in his customer service skills he was very sincere and welcoming. The first person you meet makes or breaks your experience and he and 45 to 60 Seconds made our experience fantastic. I will give him 100 Stars.

Water pressure in shower.

Breakfast was good with different selections daily. Plenty of linen in bathroom. Never saw hotel with body wash & shampoo on the wall. Rooms are spacious. Nice size closet.

The staff when checking in was rude. Police were outside. Keys stopped working before checking out then waited at desk for over 20mins to fix keys. Not enough light in bathroom.

Rooms, clean and reasonably priced. Housekeeping was very good.

The two complaints are the HVAC unit was noisy but we didn't feel like changing rooms and the shower shelf was falling off the wall. Again, not worth the hassle of changing rooms.

the rooms were clean upon arrival. could tell sanitized loved that part. beds were very comfortable ,slept very well. breakfast was good on the first day but got tired of same things each day. the lady that did the breakfast was an excellent worker ,she gave each lady a red rose on that sunday morning and very friendly as well as the rest of the staff, awesome. but due to lack of staff room did not get picked up cleaning each day. we did get clean towels, not trash was not emptied. but overall was a nice stay.

what could have been better is the advertisement online, the picture online is not the picture of the same location. we brought this to the attention of lady who checked us in which she was aware of, needs to be taken down due to feel it could be considered false advertising. kind of deceptive. because we thought it was in a different location but it wasn't

Clean, good breakfast, great staff, excellent location - not too far out, but not so close in that I got stuck in too much traffic on my drive in. Was an easy jumping off point to get through Atlanta the next day continuing my long drive to Louisiana. Very nice wooded area surrounding it - beautiful trees all around. No unsightly views from any angle, a nice treat at an interstate hotel these days..

The rooms have been updated beautifully, but the doors and tub were original and showing a bit of wear. But otherwise very chic and stylish. Also, a small leak from the faucet handle if it wasn't in exactly the right spot to shut off, which the front desk reported immediately for repair when I told them about it at checkout.

It was clean and spacious. There was a coffee maker and k- cups in the room. Lighting was good. Staff was great and answered all my questions. We weren't early risers to get breakfast by 9:30a each day but they had a good assortment the one time we made it. It isn't too far from downtown. Free parking, parked where I could see my car so that was great. Quiet area, even though the highway was right there.

The bed was bent out of shape so from my side, I kept rolling to the center. My husband loved it because he wasn't sleeping on the hump. I woke with back pain because of it.

The rooms were very clean and the parking lot is well lit in front of the hotel. Free parking is always the best. I absolutely loved that they provide worship channels on the TV. Most hotels don’t.

I didn’t like that the smoke alarm was dangling off the wires from the ceiling over the bed. Not the most pleasant scene when you are lying on your back.
