Excellent location, convenient for walk or elevator to Old Town. Very convenient, free parking for overnight stay and daytime tourism. Good, clean room. Nice swimming pool. Very pleasant and professional lady who checked us in, and, most unexpectedly, escorted us to our room.

Staying in Old Town may be considered more fun, but much less convenient if driving/parking. Uninterested lady checking us out did not negate the courtesy of the lady who checked us in!!

The hotel is in a fabulous location with excellent parking! The pool and pool area is well maintained and a great advantage with the temperatures soaring! The restaurant is amazing with excellent food. The staff are very polite and professional. From the location it is very easy to get to the two levels of Rocamadour by rail and lift. Altogether a great place to stay when visiting beautiful Rocamadour!

Unfortunately there was no air conditioning

The parking was abundant, the location was next to the lifts down to the medieval city and the hotel restaurant was superb and situated in a separate building about 100m from the hotel so it felt like you were going out to dinner.

The power point for the kettle wasn’t close to the desk so you had to boil the kettle on the floor. And the automatic light near the bathroom came on brightly with a movement sensor and you couldn’t turn it off.

This is a large hotel with many rooms all of which appear to be the same and modern and nice.

Quite a walk to the town and even longer to the citadel, but lovely views. All Restaurants by the hotel were closed on the Friday evening we were there. It could have been because of the bank holiday weekend?? Found a sticky brown mark on the top of our duvet underneath the bed cushion. A bit off-putting.

Great location &. Plenty of parking. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was worth the money. We ate in the restaurant & again the quality of ingredients were reflected by the price but Tournedos Rossini was available & considering the cost of fillet steak was worth the money.

There was very little to fault but the restaurant wall needed a clean.

Lovely hotel in a great location just above the old town - a short walk to the steps and lift access, and right next to the Rocher des Aigles birds of prey park too (which we visited while waiting to check in). The swimming pool is great. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Excellent air conditioning in the rooms too. Free parking at the hotel which was a big plus too.

Very close to the Chateau. Perfect location and free parking. Restaurant 2 minutes walk and run/owned by the Hotel provided a good dinner.

Perhaps more local facilities immediate to the Hotel. For only the 1 night though it was ideal. Rooms were a little bit tired, with some loose fittings (wardrobe door surround and the door itself had come off its runners).

Generous size room with good shower and separate toilet. Good breakfast although expensive. Lovely swimming pool and outdoor space Excellent access to town and restaurants. Fantastic views nearby. Good parking. Excellent restaurant associated with hotel

Hotel needs redecoration and updating but was perfectly adequate and well run.

Breakfast great, plenty of choice, good quality. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel garden was nice, with a large pool. The surrounding area held some amazing sites, within walking distance.

The room itself although very clean, was tired and in need of redecoration.

Location was fabulous, very near castle (as the name would suggest!). Helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Nice communal areas.

Rooms were quite basic in their fit out. Water from the shower spread across the bathroom floor. We didn’t eat at the hotel/restaurant as it seemed quite expensive.
