Breakfast was good and very convenient on check-out day. Self-parking was a ridiculous charge of $30 for an unsecured lot. We unfortunately stayed during the time when the big computer failure, nationwide, was in effect and electronic door keys did not work. We had to have a staff person take us to our room with a pass key to let us in each time. It was certainly no failure of the hotel, but was an inconvenience to us. Otherwise, the bar and snack shop in the reception area were nice, and lots of chairs to lounge on while waiting to be admitted to our rooms.

We had asked for adjoining rooms, but were told on check-in that was not available. It would have been nice to know this when we reserved. Also the parking charge was silly.

Great little hotel. I've stayed here twice and will again. Very minor issues with the AC not staying quite as cold as I'd like. (I may have needed to turn it on "high" earlier to cool it faster.) Also the door to the bathroom won't stay open on its own. Seems minor but its tedious to swing open a heavy door every five minutes. Just needs a little kickstand on the bottom of the door. Staff at check in did not mention that I needed to put a placard on my truck for parking. That's it. Otherwise location is great, it's super clean, the little mini-pantry is decently stocked and it is guiet. Nice little bar if you want a glass of wine or cocktail. Our event each year is at Rancho Bernardo Inn & golf course. I have zero- ZERO- idea how that hotel is rated so well. I can write that (much more expensive) hotel off for business and I'd still rather stay at the Hilton.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and spacious. There is a nice looking bar and a lot of snacks and rinks by the reception desk but I didn't try either of them. Location is very good if you are visiting the north San Diego area since it's really close to the I-15 freeway. There is a very good Mongolian BBQ restaurant across the parking lot from the hotel.

The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance when I was there but they probably would have been just as nice as the room.

Location was perfect for us. Staff were very helpful about local eats. The pool and hot tub, and related area were wonderful.

Cafe was good for breakfast but only intermittently available for lunch and dinner. When we used them for dinner one night they really came through (we were 11 that night and they didn’t flinch). So truly can’t criticize this too much. Just think the one guy working that night could’ve used some help. There are plenty of food options within walking distance.

Pretty place, well kept, good housekeeping-good breakfast and very nice well done bar/bartender. Dinner was Very Good in their Bar Grill. Great secure parking. It was perfect location for most everything around.

No info on internet, or tv operation, they say just call the front desk for help with anything-but they never answer the phone. Annoying-but when you walked to ftont desk they were helpful. Would have liked nicer premium sheets-they were just so-so, not tight weave.

The property was in an excellent location, clean, and with good staff

Fee to park? The cheap hotel we had to use for the two unexpected days of our stay had free parking and complimentary breakfast. Seems like a more upscale, more expensive place should also have more benefits.

location was great for our activities. Proximity to restaurants, grocery store and other stores was good. morning breakfast cafe was excellent. Towels at pool were clean and plentiful. lady at check in was very polite and clear.

Hot tub each day had cigarette butts all around it. paint on wall by hot tub peeling off. Bathroom tub dripped and could not be turned off. Silly to pay extra for parking that could not guarantee safety.

We did not eat breakfast. We are plant based therefore there really wasn’t anything we would eat aside from fruit. Besides the price was rather expensive, especially for a piece of fruit. Unlike the less expensive place we stayed last year which offered a decent selection of food for free, this is one area we were disappointed in along with being charged $15 a day for parking.

Convenient stop between San Diego and Safari Park. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Breakfast offerings at the on-site restaurant looked good although we didn’t try it.

Water filter refill machine was broken but front desk staff provided bottles as an alternative which was nice

Clean, staff friendly, good breakfast, nice bar, easy parking. Large showers easy to get in and out of. Coffee in the room AND in the lobby AND breakfast room. Breakfast staff very welcoming and checked on me just the right amount of times...not hovering but I didn't feel forgotten

Truly nothing...would come here every time when traveling near by
