Great facilities and food

Many guests permitted to were their pyjamas to breakfast, which makes the place look below standard. Recommend proper restaurant attire

Check-in, the gentleman in the reception is very nice and accomodating (Forgot his name). He makes sure that all our request are given. We were given rooms in the 1st floor and facing each other which we requested. Since the other room was not available on the time of the check-in, they let us stay in one of the rooms first and then the guy from the reception and the housekeeping manager personally brings the other room keys to us and even greeted my parents a Happy birthday and they were both given cakes. My senior parents were very happy at that time. This is our second time we stayed in this hotel and it exceeded our expectation this time. The rooms smells nice, clean and very spacious. I also noticed that the rooms are newly renovated. Breakfast Buffet is very good and all the waiters in the buffet area are very attentive. Love the food, so yummy.

Nothing. The service and the rooms this time is good compared to our last stay in 2022.

The place was clean, comfortable and looked very nice. The rooms were big, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was functional. All staffmembers were very nice. The barbecue buffet (every friday evening) was VERY good value for money. They offered all kinds of amenities you would expect from a hotel, the breakfast buffet offered variation and tasted good. The property is shared with other luxury hotels. It's close to the airport and sm clark. There was a small defect with out shower which we discovered upon checkin and a technician fixed this in a matter of minutes. Good place for family vacation and a very nice poolarea.

The food choice for ala carte was kinda limited and sometimes during dinnerservice it was kinda hard to get the attention of the staff for refilling the water. Also they should provide more drinking water for the rooms, bec if you ask for more, every time they just give two bottles (each containing 350 ml). Also the the regular dinner buffet( not the barbecue one which was very good) was just okay for the prize.

location, ambiance, staffs are nice except at the swimming pool area need more workers to assist like pool service e.g. Bath Towel, food order and more table and chairs tobe use as nit enough. Also Parking area is hard to find from main entrance drop off we don’t know where to go, no one really assist and lack of signs for us customers to be guide where to go, the rest are cool

More workers to assist the customers at swimming pool area and lastly bathroom should have exhaust fan so it won’t fog easy. We stayed Executive Room I am nit sure if other rooms has exhaust fan

we do not check in on time, the receptionist said that the room is still on process of cleaning, then they gave us a welcoming drinks but in After six cafe it seems that they priority the ones who are paying for their drinks so we waited for almost an hour and still they did not accomodate us then we decide to leave After six

The room was excellent and exeeded expectations. Lovely balcony view over the pool, lots of space in the room, small kitchenette area which was very useful, separate sitting area and a fabulous comfortable large bed.

Breakfast could have been better for a Westerner. There was a huge buffet and looked like a lot of choice and excellent quality, but when it came down to it there was very little Western style food. Of course, we are in Asia - so this should not be seen as a criticism of the hotel! Just didn't quite fit with my taste.

The room was big and spacious. It was nice that there was a working table with easy access to electric outlet. The WiFi speed was fast. Basic personal hygiene stuff were provided. A plus that daily complimentary bottled water are provided for.

The carpeting needs thorough cleaning. The room chair is made of fabric and looks like it also needs a thorough cleaning. The curtain roller (in the balcony door) detached from the curtains and fell off when I tried closing it. The walls are not that sound insulated since I can hear nearby guests having loud conversations and laugh occasionally.

The staff was really good. They went out of their way to assist us. Everyone from the servers in the restaurant, housekeeping, bellboys and the staff at port cochere was very good Room was nice but cleanliness could have been better but housekeeping did their best to assist. Junior Suite for 3 people was great for us. Will look at staying at the same roomtype og higher on our next stay Breakfast was very good. Alot of selection so absolute a good start of the day. Pool was a great plus and a wonderful way to close the day. Location was also amazing. In the same area of Marriott and Swissotel helped alot with dinner plans. Swisstropic at Swissotel is a place that we ate at regularly and location, staff and food were excellent

Cleanliness could have been better but I dont think its the staff fault. They need time to clean the room. Also the shower is a bit strange. Everytime we showered the floor got completely wet. Maybe something to look at? For longstaying guests perhaps a welcome card, fruit or something else on arrival or departure to show we appreciate the business would have been lovely

I am having second thought at first to book in this hotel because of some bad reviews. Whether it's old, noisy, etc. I booked this because it's cheaper than other hotels in the area and it is just beside Marriot where we had our event. Yes, the hotel is kinda old but they are renovating the tower 1 and some areas. So hopefully, it will get a fresh look very soon. Despite of this, I didn't not expect that we will enjoy our stay. We like the room. There is a balcony with a great view of the garden. The room is clean and comfortable to stay and to work. Staffs from the receptionist to the bell boys and to the restaurant staffs were very kind and friendly. The food is great too! Good thing it's buffet and there's a lot of choices.

I just notice some left over food scattered on the grass going to the restaurant which invites the flies and may get inside the restaurant.

We loved the rooms, good size and clean. I booked 3 rooms with 3 adults per room, had a free breakfast in the booking but only 1 per room was free. We were very disappointed, we have to pay for the other 2per room. We received a message from Widus, 2wks before our check in day, that the deposit was P 1500 per night but when we checked in, they asked for P2000. It’s good that we had some extra cash
