room was huge and clean, service was great. Free airport pickup very appreciated too. If you are staying in Accra longer, you might want to experience a different area of the city. But this is a great choice for those who are on a short stay and need to be close to the main trasport facilities: it is easy to reach from the airport and also 6 minutes drive (25 minutes walk) from the main VIP bus station (that is, where you need to catch road transport to other cities). The restaurant was closed when I arrived, but just across the main road behind the hotel are a few nice fastfoods that are open till late at night. Breakfast was very good - and served for free in the room.

Breakfast was very rich Very courteous staff, we arrived very late at about 4am in the morning because our flight was moved severally, the staff was soo kind to help reschedule our start day based on our request. I loved the fact that they were communicating via whatsapp before we arrived and through the experience

This is not their fault but they can look into their processes to see how they can ensure they upsell more - we booked two days upon arrival to test, and we were willing to extend afterwards by the time we came to show interest in extending no rooms available 😀 I think there should be a way in their process to check traveller's who are visiting if they are extending to see how to keep them. We had to move to another hotel and that hotel we paid 5 days which is money we should ideally have paid to Manjaro suites If they checked.

The receptionist was very friendly, very professional and immediately made me feel special. The facility is very well kept and centrally located, but not at all noisy. Security is round the clock. The room was more of an apartment than a hotel room, so I felt very much at home. Breakfast in the morning was magnificent. They actually took the time to go round and take orders the night before for the kind of breakfast you want and when to serve. Everything was on point.

It is not teh fault of the facilities, but rather the heat in Accra: a pool would have been nice, but the absence of one did not diminish the comfort of my stay.

The manager and staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, after the airline made changes to my return. The room amenities were nicely done, spacious and very comfortable. The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made and there were various options, freshly squeezed juice was very delicious The hotel's prime location made exploring the city a breeze

The location of the hotel is close to my meeting venue. I have found the services of the hotel to be excellent and responsive to my needs. I would come back when I have the chance.

The Wifi wasn't very strong. This can be improved on by increasing the bandwith or changing the service provider if need be.

Super clean and spacious rooms, the staff are very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great and always on time. The staff are very honest and called to inform me that I’ve forgotten some money in my room after my checkout.

No outdoor sitting area for family catch up or dining together.

this time i had incident with the guy at front desk he went for his prayer Sunday then decided to come to my room and wake me up, he thought I needed toilet paper… like any sane person wakes up Sunday at 5am and wakes other people to make it worse, after i was angry at him and after i managed to fall asleep again he started calling at 6:30 am and kept calling until he woke me up again i had written a very bad review then i changed it I need this never happen with me again

The hotel maintained communication throughout my planning and upon arrival my unit was prepared and check-in was fast. Security was present as we came and went throughout our stay so I felt very safe. Breakfast requests were submitted at the front desk and delivered hot and fresh at your requested time. Really impressed by the service and hospitality of the staff and appreciative of a great stay.

Manjaro so peaceful , secure and comfortable place, My stay was pleasant and everything I expected. I will book again when I return . The food was so good and I appreciated the warmful welcome Strongly recommend and congratulations to all the team for this devotional work

i liked the value for money, the friendly staff, the spacious apartment, the breakfast is good too. the furniture is more than enough, the small table available to take it anywhere is my favorite, the sofas are nice and comfortable. the TV could be bigger but anyway who watches TV these days.

the hot water was an issue sometimes it is not coming and happened to me mostly when i needed it. kitchen is not equipped properly (should have couple of spoons, couple of plates, forks, knives, few cups!!!) the credit card machine (POS) was not working so I had to arrange cash which was a small inconvenience for me i also didn't like the fact that entrance to road is through back side but that's a small thing
