Warm welcome, friendly staff, clean room with lots of space, nice bathroom, fresh water bottles, beautiful restaurant, nice and clean pool. It felt like home, I really enjoyed the stay.

The pillows were a bit high and hard, but no reason to stay away from the hotel. Tiny bits and pieces of mould in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful week at the Valstar Hotel in Bali, Canggu. This brand new property is impeccably clean and features a stunning pool overlooking the rice fields. Its prime location is close to all essentials. Our room was spacious and pristine, with a very comfortable and large mattress—although I found the pillows a bit too hard, but that's a matter of personal preference. The bathroom was modern, beautiful, and functional. However, there was a minor issue with the water drainage in the shower that could be improved. We appreciated the option to have breakfast in our room without extra charges, and the food was excellent—hats off to the chefs. The hotel offers live music several times a week, providing a delightful atmosphere. All staff members were consistently smiling, available, helpful, and kind. Special thanks to Abdi and Gede, two exceptional employees who showed immense care and kindness toward us. We highly recommend this hotel and are eager to return!

From the service at the front desk to hotel staff, everything was Amazing. The rooms were cleaned immaculately to every detail. Staff go out of their way to assist you with any query, even going to the local circle k shop in the rain to buy me some items. Ayu and Desa were fabulous hosts and we appreciated their first class service. Buffet Breakfast was so so good, so much to choose from, plus an alacarteitem from the menu. The bar and restaurant are awesome, my favourite drink was the Berry Blast. View from the pool overlooking the Rice fields was perfect. Nice and quiet from the hustle and bustle of crazy Canggu but so close to all the clubs, restaurants and beach. Sad to leave but will always now stay here. Thank you for such an Amazing time.

This hotel is in a great location, not far from Canggu centre about 10 mins by bike. Has a good selection of cafes/restaurants nearby as well as shops and a great massage place within walking distance! The pool and view are amazing! The staff are so helpful and friendly. It was my other half’s birthday and they came to the room with a cake and sang happy birthday to him! Which was lovely! Special mention to Dede who always made an effort to say hello to us and remember our names! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is also very tasty! Lovely design, lovely space. Nothing to complain about! Thank you for a great stay!

We absolutely loved this place. It is quite new, all the facilities were very pretty and the personnel was very caring. We really enjoyed the pool and the restaurant. The room was big, the bed comfortable and there was room service every day. You had buffet for breakfast plus a la carte service, all included with the price of the room. The view btw was amazing!

The quality of the food could be improved. The dishes sounded quite complex and sometimes the ingredients didn’t much very well. I would advise to review it with the chef. In addition would be great that they provide refilling water. Only in our week stay we consumed more than 20 plastic bottles. I hope they have a recycling system.

The property is new and the pool was nice. The staff were very friendly and were always willing to accommodate and help.

The hotel does not have good sound proofing. I could hear a lot of noises going on outside of my room. That didn’t allow for restful sleep for me, in a very light sleeper. There were instances where I felt they charged for little things that didn’t make much sense. Some of the rooms didn’t have a place to hang wet clothes. This is a missed opportunity as Bali is known for its beaches.

The hotel is great. Very clean and tidy. Beds comfortable and room has everything you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also very tasty. We ate dinner in the hotel as well the food is of a high standard. We also had massages in the spa, it was good for the price 450000++.

The spa was downstairs in a repurposed bedroom. This meant the atmosphere was not the most relaxing. The lights were bright and it wasn’t a calming space. I would suggest a purpose built spa room.

I had the pleasure of staying with Fantastic New Hotel in the Heart of Canggu at ValStar Hotell!!😍 The room was comfortable and well equiped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was amazing special thanks to Desak who was offer excellent service!!! The location was perfect just need 5 minutes to Canggu Center with my bike… I would highly recommend ValStar Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back!!! Cheeersss

Excellent Facilities for a Perfect Stay I had a view nights at ValStar Hotel in Canggu and was truly impressed by the great facilities. Everything was well-maintained, and the staff special to Ayu at the reception she was amazing. The staff made sure everything we need is provided. one of the highlights was their in-house restaurant, which offers live music every Friday night! The vibes making it the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. Will return my stay againnnn!
