Location and access to lobby, rooms and Ubers was all very good. Rooms were good, a little dated but did the job. The view of the hotel is excellent from outside due to the way the towers are lit up 👍

Main complaint was we were charged $USD35 per room x 2 as we left with explanation from hotel being that it was due to us going thru 3RD party agent (Booking.com)…that really blew the price out on what was seemingly a great deal. Must have been in the very fine print of booking.com as otherwise would have seen it. Not sure why Booking.com wouldn’t include it in the standard rate advertised ???

everything was clean and everyone was helpful

the pool rules, not being able to bring in water was in convenient. also no visible times posted for the pool. we got kicked out in the afternoon because of lighting in the distance. we tried to return to swim in the morning at 9am and the pool was closed. my son was very upset he didn't get more pool time since that is his favorite part of vacation.

Quiet Rooms, lots of space in the rooms. Two double Queen beds in each room. We paid a little extra to have an interconnecting room with daughter. Large bathroom and shower. Not as busy as the other hotels in the strip. But it is part of the MGM group so there are walkways to New York New York and even a tram link to Luxor. Excellent location. It has the Big Bus Tour Bus Stop right outside - so this is ideal for hop on/hop off tours. Lovely pools. Good staff. A few suggestions for improvements but we’d definitely stay here again. Really easy check in and check out too.

Not a great choice of good food options/outlets. Very limited breakfast options in the hotel. The buffet had a wide range but quality wasn’t that great. The pool area needed more shade and umbrellas. You had to pay extra for padded sun beds. Also, the music being played at the pool was very loud and could be heard even with my sound cancelling headphones on. The pool area steps are crowded by people just hanging around and dubbed too close making it difficult to get in and out of the pool.

We’ll situated for The Strip and easily accessible alternative hotels to explore and enjoy. Best breakfast buffet we experienced on our trip!

Not a lot to dislike. From a personal perspective it was a much more adult hotel than I had anticipated from what the name and design implied.

It is a good hotel, but age is showing. It is very clear MGM has it positioned as the ugly duckling of their portfolio. Yet, rooms are comfortable, facilities are aging but functional. A very practical choice in an ever more expensive Las Vegas.

The lady at the reception badly needed retraining in customer interaction. Curt, almost rude and barking commands, to the point I had to call her on her attitude. Limited dining options, with too much emphasis on fast food (confirming its positioning in my view). Just a place to sleep, while seeking Las Vegas thrills somewhere else.

The hotel was still good for it's age and the location is good. Only there for 3 nights and not enough time to properly find good places to eat within the hotel. The bed was firm and the mattress had good support,

Having to pay $18 a day for parking and 90% of the parking area was unavailable. Also smoking being allowed in the casino areas.

Pricing and location was excellent for us, walking distance to everything we wanted to see

Pushy "staff" (some didn't weren't uniforms/name tags) around the lobby floor trying to sell tickets with the lure of "free stuff". Wish my upgraded room had a bathtub.

Once we got past the hard sell for a time share that we were unwittingly sucked into, the check in went smoothly. All the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Room was clean and well maintained.

Didn't like the hard sell for a time share as soon as we entered the premises. This is the only place we stayed on a two week trip that included Las Vegas, Death Valley and the Grand Canyon that did not have a coffee maker in the room. I would thing that the resort fees being charged would cover the cost of some coffee in the morning.

I liked everything about Excalibur except that they have no fridge, microwave etc. in the room. They gave us a cot instead of making us pay for another room for one person. I have a family of four, my children are young adults so would not be sharing a bed. I couldn't be more grateful for this. The location was great. We walked just about everywhere and when we got tired calling an uber was no trouble. I don't think that we ever waited more than 5 minutes for an uber. There was so much to do. The price was good. There were plenty of places to buy food near the hotel. Of course food within the hotel is more expensive. I will return to Las Vegas and of course I will stay at Excalibur. Take a Grand Canyon West Tour Hover Dam Stop and Skywalk, and include breakfast and lunch. Laila was our amazing tour guide and Aaron was our bus driver. Also go and ride ATV's in the desert with Las Vegas Desert ATV tours. That was my best experience. You don't have to be experienced. The time was just right. I would not have wanted to ride any longer or shorter. I booked the two or three hour tour which included pick up and drop off. It took a good 30 minutes to drive out to the location in the desert. You can book a rental car right from Excalibur. Most of the tours/ excursions will pick you up and drop you off at Excalibur.

Not having a fridge and microwave in the room to heat up or save the excess food from your meals.
