I liked the helpfulness of the staff. They got me an exra blanket when I was cold. The kitchen staff made the extra effort to make me scrambled eggs without dairy products to which I am allergic. I really appreciated that gesture.

The included breakfast was almost impossible for me to eat due to a dairy allergy. The only thing I could eat was a piece of dry toast since there were no jams or other toppings - only butter. It would have been nice to have better choices for people with allergies. I ended up buying breakfast at another establishment for most of the days I stayed at the hotel.

Bed was comfortable and rooms were clean

When I checked in very late (2 am) there was a problem getting me into a room. I had booked 3 rooms and 2 of the rooms could get checked in, but my room had a problem and at first it was unclear if I would be able to get a room even though I paid for the 3rd in advance. Ultimately, they gave me an empty room but it wasn't the original room I had booked and not next to the other two rooms booked in the same reservation.

Perfect location. Great breakfast. Very nice room.

The plugs in the bath room and the area outside were not able to use a hairdryer or flat iron with or if we drank coffee the coffee maker. There were no mirrors by the plugs that did work for the hairdryer, flat iron.

pool seemed to be closed for my entire stay (few days) unsure if it’s just not summer time yet but seems hot enough that should be open (March) unless they were fixing something, I didn’t know that ahead time only found out after I show up, would’ve been nice to know but no big deal.

Nice rooms! Very clean and kept up. If I have to stay here again, I definitely would. They have a laundry room! Nice pool & hot tub. The breakfast was amazing! Me & my family were here for my nephew's college graduation at SUU. We only planned on staying one night but ended up booking a second night in both rooms & the staff made it very easy to do. We were able to keep the same rooms next to eachother. Love the atmosphere. The lighted trees outside are beautiful.

Not a big deal but our keys did need to be re-activated a couple times but we were close to the office & the staff gave us new keys that worked just fine. Only took 2mins or less. The staff was very nice and efficient when doing so. Like I said, not that big of a deal, it happens when you travel.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The inn was very quiet, and close to shopping as well as the Shakespeare Festival.

The stairs in the back corner were stained and really dirty. The ice machine in that same corner produced ice with a "refrigerator" taste - so we had to use the ice machine near the front of the motel, which tasted fine. Please change the filter in the back ice machine! The bathroom grout is getting a bit old, too.

Large room. Good breakfast. Central location for our visit to Bryce Canyon and Zion NP's. Elks Lodge one block away was a plus since we're members.

Lighting could be a bit better.

Location close to all. Near historic district

Bathroom/toilet area very cramped in so close to each other. Vanity area great as usual. Bed was very lumpy had sink holes in mattress. Our backs were achy in the morning

Breakfast was great- unique with Empinadas. Staff was very courteous. Room and grounds were well kept.

Some street noise and parking lot noise as heavy equipment operators were staying at the hotel at the same time- equipment was very loud. This certainly has no bearing on the staff or property. Recommendation to future travelers- just ask for a room that is not next to the street if necessary- really, it was just a minor annoyance.

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast offerings were good. We enjoyed the outdoor patio to eat breakfast or relax. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well maintained. The cleaning crew was exceptional.

The cable TV was not functioning throughout our 5 night stay. It seemed curious that it was not remedied.
