As other reviewers have mentioned, the breakfast is amazing. There is coffee available by 7:00 even though breakfast only starts at 7:30. Bed was very comfortable and the overall vibe and upkeep of the hotel are great. Other guests were quiet and respectful. Rebeca (manager) has lots of good suggestions for activities and restaurants, and there's a small grocery store two doors away

While there aren't that many flights, the hotel is very close to the airport. It's also about a 20 minute walk to the main area for restaurants and the beach. Hot water and water pressure were also a bit of an issue. Not deal breakers but to keep in mind if that's a thing for you.

An excellent accommodation with amazing people, super polite staff, a good restaurant and a great location! I highly recommend. The bed was the best I have ever experienced in my life, and the owner herself helped me look for my cell phone around town when I lost it, amazing people, wonderful place. I felt extremely good meeting such good people!

The staff were wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay at Casa Hendaus. They were so helpful and thoughtful, adding water bottles to our fridge every day and making sure we had what we needed. The building is well equipped, with a hearty breakfast included as well as a pool. They even went above and beyond by adding flower petals and champagne to the room to celebrate our anniversary when we arrived! And whatever air freshener they used was so subtle and yet always smelled so good!

The location was useful because we could walk to the downtown area but be away from the noise. It was just in a residential neighborhood that wasn't the most scenic, but I wouldn't change our booking. The room was smaller than I expected, but it held our basic needs.

The hotel is really nice, new and good taste decorations. The bed is comfortable The owner(I think) is so friendly and helpful with information about scooter rental, exchange money, beaches etc. She was always smiling and professional and so the security people We felt very safe The pool is very nice and clean but small so it depends on your expectations … we liked it !

The room we stayed in had no view whatsoever (ground floor, room 101) and was right next to reception so we could hear people talking at the reception most of the times The breakfast lady is very rude and unfriendly, she doesn’t seem to enjoy her job there… Such a shame for this hotel

Loved the hotel - clean, comfy and hospitable for sure - always there to make recommendations and tips on where to go and what to see - Very close to airport so if airplane noise is an issue, you may want to look at others as well

The staff pretty friendly and helpful, good breakfast, good facilities, nice room and pretty building.

The price is high for me but based on the accomodation prices in that island, the price was good. San Andres is an expensive place for accomodation due to it is highly touristic

The hotel is near the airport and easy to find. Receptionist and staff was very helpful and friendly made our trip very enjoyable! receptionist gladly booked us taxis every morning to whoever we’re going and provided beach towels. Rooms was clean and bed was so comfy and big. Coming back to hotel felt very safe and there were some nights we walked back to our hotel near midnight.

Nothing, everything was good

The Hotel Boutique Casa Hendaus is a very good small hotel in San Andres. Here you can stay overnight in a private atmosphere away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Very friendly staff, all wishes were quickly fulfilled. Very good, varied breakfast. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the beach promenade.

The pool, that is shown on the pictures, is smaller than thought but it is nice tempered.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, always smell super nice...the staff is very kind and willing to help.. The hotel location is right on the spot for us since it is not too close to the main area so it's very quiet and peacefully at night but not too far from the main beach where the majority of restaurants and shopping spots are..

We liked everything about this hotel

The staff are so lovely, if you dont speak Spanish you definately need google translate. The room i stayed in was gorgeous, the most comfortable bed during my 3 weeks travelling around Colombia, lots of pillows. Nice towels and toileretaries. Air con is good. Nice bedding. The hotel its self is so nicely presented with Buddahs and beautifully carved wooden wardrobes. Great air con. Room has a fridge and hot water. You are about 10minutes walk to the beach and 15 to the airport. Hotel staff will order you taxis and really kindly stored my suitcase whilst i went to Providencia for a few days.

On my first night there was a really noisy couple stood talking really loudly in the corridor until very late. The doors also close quite loudly in the other guests rooms.
