Everything was perfect. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Whole vibe of the building Is extraordinary and I feel sorry for people who miss on this chance to stay there. Our last night we enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with the hosts - even though we don’t speak Italian it wasn’t a barrier and we spent 2 hours talking using google translate. The breakfast was super tasty - we got asked at what time we want a breakfast, what we like to eat and end up with much choice of prosciutto, formagio, bread, scrambled eggs, jams, tiramisu etc. 😂. Room and bathroom were super clean and bed… the most comfortable bed that I slept on - for real. If you want to get real Italian experience I highly recommend you to visit this wonderful family. Considering a car cost on booking.com is around ~25eur per day and you got so many great places to see using the car near this area, it’s such a loss if you miss on this chance.

There is nothing not to like about the accommodation. Mara and her family are the perfect hosts and go out of their way to make sure that their guests feel at home and absolutely welcome. The room is very comfortable and clean and very tastefully decorated and the breakfast is sumptuous. The house and the grounds are amazing set in a very quiet and peaceful environment.

Villa caotorta, is more than you can ask for. The family is welcoming and helpful in every possible way. Our stay was magical. Its pure italian magic. The breakfast was amazing! The garden is magical. Just perfect! Would recomend 100000%

The owners of the Villa are simply charming. We fell in love… The room was spacious and homely decorated. The mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast was elegant and rich; great breakfast!

We had a great time at the Villa. The property is beautiful and the tips of the owners were very helpful in deciding how and what to do. The breakfast is outstanding with home grown fruit complementing the organic choice. Definitely would recommend this stay when you are looking for a relaxed time and don’t mind taking a car to the cities of Treviso (10-15min) and Venice.

this is undoubtedly best place I ever stayed!

the place is immaculate, there is not one spec of dust anywhere, everything looks brand new, the shower, the bedding, it's very very clean and comfortable. the villa itself is breathtaking, every detail is amazing, the villa is from another century but stuff like key locks work like butter, like they were installed yesterday. The bed is large and comfortable. The breakfast was an experience in itself, a variety of foods were served, all really tasty, the owner bakes goodies every day, we wished we had more room in our stomachs to fit more in, it was a real treat! Even the animals are really friendly, 4 cats and 2 dogs, all very sweet, they kept us company. You can really see how much the owners care about the place and the guests, sometimes even too much.

the owner is everpresent, constantly around, always talking to you, asking questions, you feel like you're always watched and can never get a break from human contact. it's truly an introvert nightmare. She's always giving instructions like don't sit here, don't eat here, do this do that, use these glasses for wine not these.. we felt quite stressed out. also you feel like you have zero privacy, the cleaner moves your stuff around, I couldn't find my bra and underwear, it was moved somewhere and I was running around trying to find it. I felt very uncomfortable knowing someone had touched my personal items. The cleaner also took away our pillows for some reason.. we were there only two days but the room was cleaned twice during that time. Also we had a big candle in the room, very romantic, we wanted to light it but we're told it cannot be touched for safety reasons. why put the candle there in the first place then? in the end we did light it but felt super guilty for asking to light it and did not enjoy it at all. The bed is very comfortable but the frame is a trap for your thighs, I ran into it twice, it was very painful, I left home with a huuuge painful bruise. There is no roofed area to park guests car. And I was disappointed to see they did not remember the special requirement I asked for during booking.
