This was the cleanest hotel we have stayed on this trip! I mean spotless and smelt beautiful. Plants everywhere. Service is great, breakfast was fresh and plentiful, well done to the whole team for the pride they show. Quiet, great location and the bed was super comfortable. Thank you!

A bit disappointed the dryer was not working as we have been travelling for a while and were very open about needing to do laundry. No-one at check-in said anything until we went to attend. Found another location to get it sorted 👍

- Staff was all so friendly - We had a 4th floor queen bed + double bed room, everything was spotless & beds were comfy - Luggage carts available - Great breakfast spread: hot items rotate every other day one day is eggs sausage & potatoes, next is eggs biscuits & gravy. Then there's cereal, bagels, toast, a sweet pastry, yogurt, a fruit, & oatmeal packets. - Free movie theater popcorn after 2pm. - Free coffee & tea available most of the time. - Very pet friendly, our dog was $10/day, nice big yard out back, and great mile long walking trail at Sand Hills Park close by.

Only minor complaint, water pressure in our room could have been better.

This hotel was outstanding!! Extremely clean!!!! Lady who checked us in has the best customer service I have seen in a LONG time, and I have been a Manager in customer service based businesses for 25 years. She is they type of person I would hire for top of the line companies and strive to hold onto. I wish I caught her name. Breakfast was fantastic! Hot food, good coffee, nice staff. This was the cleanest hotel I’ve seen. We felt safe and welcome, beds were comfortable, good blankets, and they offer you fresh popped popcorn when you check in which my husband loved after driving all day. 20 stars!! Well done people!

Could use some upgrades. You can see they are on top of touching things up like paint and such but you can tell there are lots of layers of paint and things are being retouched or fixed for many years but it’s time to renovate and update now. But very well kept considering. I will definitely be back in August.

The hotel staff are welcoming and very accommodating. The hotel is not glamorous but very functional and well suited for those who require longer term accommodation. It is clean and well maintained the rooms have good quality beds, pillows, A/C and bathrooms.

For those that are just driving through Great Falls the location is not convenient to the local amenities such as shopping, restaurants and the river pathways.

Excellent location which was close to hospital. Staff very helpful when I had a problem with remote, my error not theirs. We came in early from out of town and were gracious about allowing us to check in early. A little gal was ALWAYS cleaning, straightening up around the lobby, smiling and wiping surfaces. Breakfast was good also. The rooms were quiet which we really appreciated.

The location was perfect for the activities we had planned. Breakfast was good and the room was very nice. Staff was friendly and responsive.

The refrigerator in the room could have been a little bigger to fit my ice packs in the freezer. The bathroom sink would not drain properly, but the person at the front desk responded right away and fixed the problem.

Masonry construction: quiet & fire-safe. Beautifully simple room design, decor, furniture & fixtures. Perfect cleanliness. Perfect softness of king-size mattress. Temperature control. Parking (free). Location. Professional unobtrusive staff. Apples on the breakfast menu. Good dining advice from desk clerk.

The breakfast of refined carbohydrates, which we do not eat.

It was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly. A little out of the main area of town, but not bad. Just a short drive, and actually nice to be away from the congestion. We were happy to see a Kuerig coffee machine in the room. Also, it was close to a favorite Mexican restaurant.

The breakfast was a little spartan, but ok.

The staff was excellent and went above and beyond.

The booking website quoted the price in Canadian dollars but when the charge went on the credit card it was more due to the conversion of the American rate. If you cannot guarantee that your Canadian dollar quote is accurate, it should not be given.

The staff were all very friendly and eager to ensure our stay was pleasant and that we had all we needed. The hotel is located just off the main street, so was really easy to navigate through Great Falls. I would stay here again - no question, and would recommend it to others.
