Superb value for money overall and a great base for work or leisure. The 100-year old heritage hotel is very well maintained, thoughtfully modernised, and kept spotlessly clean, as is the courtyard swimming pool. The breakfast buffet offers a mixture of Indian and western foods, and fresh fruit. Copious supplies of water in the restaurant and rooms are great. Staff are all friendly and eager to help. Easy access to varioius parts of the city by metro, taxi and tuk tuk. I will definitely return there on my next visit to Jaipur.

Nothing major - just a few small details. Retaining the traditional bolt room locks looks in character but these could be kept for appearance while actual operation of a modern keycard system would cut out the noise of sliding bolts when guests enter or leave their rooms.

The beautiful decor was so lovely. The food was great. The staff were so friendly

The Spa was terrible ! Never again will i use the spa. The man at the desk was so rude. The woman who massaged me had earpods in her ears listening to TV series so loud that i could hear it. she had long nails. she wore a watch which lifted my toenail whilst massaging. She dropped the cold oil from a 30cm height onto my back. She climbed onto back of my calves so hard that my feet cramped. She finished 20minutes early and showed me the shower. I was showering and she nocked on the door to tell me to come back there was still 20 minutes. I told her NO MORE !!!!! it was terrible. Then the manager tried to overcharge us - he is a sly cheat.

A rarity in my Indian travels so far... The pictures look exactly like reality! The location was great for us, 800m from the train station and 800m from the metro station. The Palace itself was stunning and so intracate, every detail had been thought out and can tell they clean it properly. Room itself was wonderful, had the best night sleep in India and woke up feeling like a queen! Breakfast buffet also on point, so much variety. Would recommend this option. We also ate dinner and lunch sometimes in the restaurant which had a great selection. Kettle and fresh bottle of water everyday in your room.

It wasn't as easy to find from the main road, also we didn't like people always trying to sell us a private taxi to take us sightseeing everyday. Everytime we walked in and out, but as we came in a really quiet season with lack of footfall I can understand. Some tourists like being chaffured, we on the other hand like to do it our own ways and discover ourselves.

Room was amazing, so clean and smelt lovely. Bathroom was the highlight, best we have had in India so far. Location was good, near to the station and only a short tuk-tuk ride from everywhere you needed to go. Pool looked nice, but didn’t use. The choice and breakfast was great and everything seemed very clean.

Went up to the spa to have a look, the guy at the desk was extremely pushy and almost dismissed us when we said we would come back later. When I did, he said I would have to WhatsApp to book, and wouldn’t let me book in the a actual spa. Rude when I spoke to him.

Located at 15 mins from the Amber fort, this heritage styled hotel, offers top class services that are so typical Rajasthani. Rooms are well endowed with premium facilities. A clean swimming pool adds to the beauty of this property. An excellent breakfast buffet spread that is nominally priced at ₹500. A dedicated sports bar serves a good range of liquor - though the timings at night could be extended by a bit. They have a superb travel desk that provides local city tours and other services.

Good spread of Breakfast . Live counter for assorted eggs. The staff was concerned when we had not reached the Restaurant for morning breakfast as the time was getting over. The restaurant is really beautifully decorated and you can spend hours sitting there enjoying the view and the decor.

The overall room size was a little small. It could have been bigger by at least few feets. The coffee/tea maker was kept on bedside table. It should have a separate table. Also the room service staff were not up to the mark or untrained.

The interior design is gorgeous with so much attention to detail! There’s a pool in the center and a rooftop with great views. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are nice, mine even had a balcony with a view over the court.

The rooms are not soundproof, so I would recommend bringing earplugs, if you’re sensitive to noise.

The decor throughout was nice. Staff was friendly & accommodating (although, some had limited english), they also made khichdi for my wife as she wasn't feeling well for most of our stay. Also easy to get an auto from the main road.

We were never given an adequate amount of towels despite asking. Also, my side of the bed was unbelievably squeaky for some reason - the frame made such a loud noise with the slightest movements. Minor issues in the grand scheme of things.

The staff were amazing, we were able to check in slightly early, and they took care of anything we needed. Especially staff round the pool checking if we needed drinks/snacks. Great experience all around.

The pool was only open 8-8, I would have liked it to be open longer so I could swim after dinner/in the evenings.its also slightly further out than I thought, but as long as you don't drive in rushour only takes 15m to get into the old town.

The property is exactly like the pictures, so gorgeous! The bathroom facilities are great, and the shower was excellent! The restaurant was really nice and the staff were so friendly and hospitable

The bar closes at 11pm, which isn’t a major issue but other than that everything was great!
