I would have actually given them 9.85 but that is not an option. Loved the place and the people running the show. This hotel has just been built by this beautiful family and they are running it with equal amount of love and passion. Everything is spic and span. Minutests of the details have been taken care off. Rooms and spacious and well equipped. A good spread of breakfast makes your start of the day even better. Extremely helpful people, they will do anything to make your stay memorable. The hotel probably has the most beutiful view and that is why the name.

This is like asking god to make Switzerland even more beautiful. Nothing that you can not like about this place.

I recently stayed at the hotel in Grindelwald, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, which made every moment there truly special. The service was outstanding; the staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We appreciated the organized parking and the comfort of our room, which was not only cozy but also newly furnished with high-quality amenities. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Grindelwald

The Stuff is just amazings, guys which were at the reception are just awesome. They were helping with anything we asked for, even drawing a map for a possible late hike when it was already getting darker. Room was also clean and comfortable, with everything required. And even if something was missing there I really believe stuff would've helped us there :)

We'd really love to have smart TV there to be able to watch YouTube for example and/or streaming services (though we haven't ever seen Smart TV in hotels for some reason) One more little thing - the sink wasn't very comfortable, it was small in diameter and to high, that it wasn't easy to wash hands without touching it, though we got used to that with time

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The view was stunning, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything felt new and great. It was even better than it looked in the pictures. The owners were incredibly kind and humble, and they even provided us with a shuttle from Grindelwald station to the hotel. There's a bus station right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh milk, vegetables, meat, and bread. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Staying at Boutique Hotel Panorama in Grindelwald was an absolute dream! Rooms were appointed perfectly all modern and clean. Loved the included breakfast quality and the selection was good. The unobstructed view from the hotel was like a dream. Hotel is on a higher street away from the very center of town and was extremely quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Being that the hotel is on a higher out of town location means you will have to take the town shuttle bus. The bus mostly runs hourly with an extra bus on the half hour a couple of times in the morning. The last bus run in the evening is about 6:45 pm so taking a taxi back might be necessary. There is a paved trail back into town which isn’t very far but it is extremely steep and not for everyone.

The Panorama hotel has just been renovated for two years. The view is breathtaking and there is no noise. So quiet, you reach the center downtown in 5 minutes by car. And if you do not want to drive the bus stop is next door. Our suite on the 2nd floor #201 is very pleasant with an amazing balcony facing the view. Stunning!

Nothing! Too hotel and warm welcome. The breakfast is perhaps a little light for those who like a large choice. For us it was enough. As there is no restaurant at the hotel we have to go out lunch and dinner… what in winter is something that can be a little boring after a nice day ski out or when it’s snowing and cold outside. Thinking about something we can reheat by ourselves downstairs? Two or three dishes that could be enjoyed downstairs in the room near the living room. In slippers after a good shower🙌 because downstairs you feel right at home. WE WILL COME BACK 300% 😃

Stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. It is a newly renovated hotel with a stunning panoramic view. Staffs were extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious with various kinds of food freshly prepared. The best hotel in Grindelwald for people who have a car. Spacious parking lot for free. There is a free shuttle just in front of the hotel and it comes once in an hour.

The only thing that I can ask for is an ice maker.

I can’t say enough about the property!! Beautiful scenery, magazine worthy interior, excellent breakfast, very friendly staffs!! It is long way up but that is why we have such a beautiful Mountain View to admire. I would go back in a heartbeat!!

Only thing I would add is suggestion for dinner or restaurants near by. Since we did not make dinner reservations, it took little effort to find an available restaurant near the hotel. We could have drive down the hill to town but really did not feel like driving winding road at night.

Panorama is beautiful! The view is superb, I can’t imagine there is a better one in Grindewald. The apartments are exceptional, the restaurant and communal areas are so warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The staff made the stay though, especially Katy who was so helpful. The buses are right outside and there is a great restaurant a short walk at Bodmi. The staff could not have been more helpful. We cannot recommend it more highly.
