Good location for early am flights out of Atlanta Airport, relatively new, was clean and quiet. Suite set up is nice as well.

Paying for parking AGAIN after I already paid for it with my booking on Booking.com. Staff seemed to have no understanding of how that would work, so I had no choice but to scan and pay to get out of the parking lot. Which is weird because I MEANT to stay at the Embassy Suites on the north end of the airport (where we stayed last year) and that one had totally wide open and free parking.

The staff were excellent!!! Everyone was genuinely good spirited people. The shuttle bus drivers, the front desk, the ladies and gents in the bar and restaurant area, housekeeping, security and the manager were so awesome!! Everyone literally went out of their way to accommodate you!!! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It’s not close to restaurants, but restaurants aren’t far to drive to from there. Plus there is onsite food that can be ordered or you can DoorDash something. Breakfast was good. Not like it used to be pre-Covid era, but still lots of good options and choices. Also; the dining area is large, so it’s not hard finding seating. Again, excellent people! Excellent choice!!

Room furniture needs updating, but comfortable. Tubs need to be re-glazed.

I loved that the property was very clean, calming, had pool and exercise they even serviced breakfast at 6am they had a bar for drinks to relax and be cool just to enjoy yourself and even treated everyone to healthy snack had accessible shuttle service to the airport just a peaceful and rich environment I loved it and I’m planning on coming back out soon! Everything there was so convenient and friendly. Thank you 🩵

It was on a highway or road further away from homes or the towns but it was doable 🖤

Loved the location, The room size and amenities, Breakfast and evening reception. The staff was on point, very nice and presentable. Very attentive to the needs of the guest. The fitness room was spacious and clean.

The things I dislike were: the telephone did not work, there was no dial tone. The pool had stuff floating in it, that didn’t look healthy. There was a towel on the bottom floor of the pool as well. The breakfast was awesome, but the kitchen staff need to stir the oatmeal and grits often so they can be warm at all times. The outdoor pool wasn’t workable. The the money that was paid, I didn’t get a chance to enjoy what wanted to do , swim. I really feel that the guest shouldn’t have to pay for parking, that is a wrench in people’s stay because you’re in and out the gate and the process is confusing.

I love the customer service I love all the staff members they was very helpful respectful understanding caring to everyone needs on time for everything not much of a wait to get seen about

It was very clean the atmosphere was just so much of an eye-opener very beautiful very unique very comfortable cozy I mean it was everything I loved it from the time I walked in from the time I checked out wonderful great magnificent job I would most definitely recommend this hotel

We arrived at the international terminal and we tried to figure out how to use the shuttle bus but it was not easy. We managed to get to the domestic terminal but didn't know when or even if the shuttle bus would arrive so we ended up paying 40 usd for a taxi for a 5 minute drive to the hotel..... so we would really recommend better information about the shuttle bus.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Almost everything about the room met our needs and expectations.

The bathroom was not up to your standards. The light over the bathtub didn’t work. Also the commode handle needed to be fixed. You had to rotate it until it would engage to flush. The couch seemed to sink too far in one place which made it difficult for me to get up. I weigh 188 lbs.

I stayed here a long time back when They had pool tables. I have seen before and after renovations. The facility looks much better after the renovations. Lobby/lower level, bar very nice. Housekeeping very good. Connie at the front desk needs to be the manager. She is the reason we stayed.

Had problems with room heating, did not operate properly. Curtains in the room did not open and close properly. Overall maintenance not up to par. Bar not open until late. Bartenders not friendly. Management unsympathetic until pressed. Pool closed most of stay. Pool not open. No extra services offered. YOU CAN NOT BRING FOOD OR DRINK INTO THE HOTEL…CRAZY!

I travel a LOT and I’ve gotta say the hot breakfast at this place is simple, but really great. The entire staff was so amazing. I’ve never seen a kitchen and cafe staff so attentive, and kind, everyone was just so friendly & hospitable - it truly stood out.

The property was really nice and there was a great breakfast and happy hour. We really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms could be a tad bit cleaner. I imagine that being a really family friendly hotel, there will be things that aren’t immaculate; however, the carpet could use some cleaning in the rooms and walls could use some wiping. Other than that, great stay, great staff!
