I needed a quiet place to end my holiday, before going back to my normal everyday routine. The room was great, facilities were good, I loved that the TV was on a stand so you were able to turn it toward the TV as well as to the couch area, the bed was super comfy and so were the pillows, both nice and firm. The cleaning was fantastic, I went out during the morning and when I came back my room was reset! And I love that there is a car park right outside your room

My only complaint is that the room smelt like cigarettes had been smoked in the room, so I did end up spraying the room with deodorizer and it got rid of the smell

Friendly and helpful owner. Great location. Units are set back from the road so didn’t notice traffic noise. Pool and lawn landscaped area well laid out and good area for kids. Unit like a home away from home with all those small extras that other places often don’t have for example; closet with hangers, rack for tea towel, shower rack for your soap & shampoo, large fridge/freezer, 2 tv’s, ironing board & iron, hairdryer, large mirrors, large dining table, coffee table, large shelf, plenty of places to put all your supplies off the floor. Wifi was excellent compared to some other places!

We made a last minute decision to travel to Gisborne for the night. Easy to book online, easy to find, very grateful that a key was left out for us as we arrived after the 8pm check in time, very clean, comfy beds. We were on the main road heading into Gisborne we a little concerned about the traffic passing, I did not hear a thing. The grounds were beautiful setting.

The staff were exceptional. When I figured out that I would not teach the location until really late, they were so accommodating with leaving the key in the room and letting me know where my room was

The lights shine in the small windows along the top - there are no window dressings along these - not a biggie and certainly did not take away the comfort level but I do like darkness when sleeping.

Clean Tidy and friendly staff.. Super , awesome to have the pool right outside our room, we had it all to ourselves.. It's really awesome to have a stove oven in our unit. How great, even though we didn't use it, it's still a really handy kitchen tool .. The shower pressure was amazing..

Room was dated and could do with a refurbish but definitely value for money.

been down in the back units was in the perfect spot.

there was 4 of us that stayed for 2 nights and only had enough coffee and sugar sachets for one drink each and they only gave a small milk 250ml which only did one drink each and only 1 toilet paper and the rubbish bin was dirty had food scraps on the lid still.

Friendly staff, great location , a very clean ,spacious and comfortable apartment, excellent Service from the beginning of our stay till the end. We will definitely stay again . Thank you so much.

Weren't really allowed visitors, not too sure if it was stated online before I booked, that would have been nice to know before hand especially when you have traveled 10hrs to get there... But in saying that the owner is very nice and asked nicely he may make an exception 😉 very greatful thank you so much 😊😊

I liked the service, the room, everything. I loved the shampoo, and moisturiser and makeup remover. Thank you. I wish the weather was better so I could have gone for a swim. Excellent service, excellent room Thank you
