Convenient location for most of what we wanted to see and do while in Bentonville

The first night we had ordered braided short ribs as seen on the menu – after a while our server came back and said the short ribs were frozen and couldn’t be served that night so we ordered coffee and we were told we don’t have coffee in the evenings so that kind of set us back for the first visit in Bentonville

The staff is very friendly and accommodating as I had recently had knee replacement surgery and they put me up on the second floor clear down the hallway. We went back to the desk and explained the situation, and they gave us another room on the first floor, close to the dining area and exit. We especially liked the make to order breakfast.

The low toilets. We are both in our 80s and felt like we were sitting on a toddler’s toilet. Thank goodness for the bar that was attached to the sink countertop. We experienced that same problem when we were at Hilton Garden Inn in Greenwood, Indiana recently.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The building and our room were updated and very clean. The hotel was easy to find in the city and was close to lots of restaurants and shops.

The heater in our room was very loud when it turned on, and the rest of the hotel was extremely noisy…we could hear every person and sound inside our room which kept us awake at night.

The rooms were spotless and so comfortable. The mattresses and bedding…wonderful. Temp was great, curtains blocked out morning sun.

Parking lot is a bit challenging. Front staff upon check in wasn’t the friendliest. Check out staff was great.

We had to ask for more towels, coffee, didn't have but 1 bar of soap for a 3 day stay. We think you could provide juices ,toast, as well as coffee, self-service ,in am with no extra charge. No ice machine on our end of hall,(211).

The Lobby Coffee Bar and in room coffee maker ,refrigerator and microwave were convenient . The Staff was very responsive to any requests we made during our stay., The happy hour was a nice added amenity.

The noise of anyone out in the corridor could be heard within the room. It seemed louder than what you normally experience in other hotels. It somewhat detracted from the enjoyment of our room in the morning when we were trying to sleep. Wife felt like the tub needed some type of slip resistant material installed. She said she felt unsteady when taking a shower.

We only ate at the hotel once, but it was very tasty (Breakfast). Would recommend it to all travelers.

By quiet I was by the back door.... Employee entrance... OK. Second it was very convenient to our Harley ( to load and unload daily. Great!!

Great staff! the team at the breakfast, the reception (Michelle & colleague!!! Compared to other hotels, breakfast offered better choice - to American standards

Pricing.... For this kind of room, the price is rather high. Breakfast (which is compared to other hotels quite OK!) comes at an extra cost. Otheroffers breakfast included where for less money you already have a suite (separate room, bedroom and bath room). Adding up room rate and breakfast, then price is rather high compared to other facilities in the area. Free wifi was poor, but used plug-in cable to have better connection.. But with this room rate, you would not expect to pay extra to have a good wifi.

The hotel was clean, and the location was good. A tornado came through the night of our stay. The staff handled the situation calmly. They did a great job guiding the hotel guests through this experience.

Breakfast was alright...pretty standard. The location was PERFECT for me as I planned to ride the razorback greenway trail and I found out in the morning that it literally passed behind the hotel. 28 miles one direction all the way to fayetteville of uninterrupted multi-use path. Amazing. The staff were incredible. So sunny, helpful, truly genuine and conversational. A very relaxed environment for a couple days break from the cross-country road trip. The hotel is on a busy road, but was set back enough to feel safe and private for a single female solo traveler.

The room smelled a bit like food, but probably wouldn't bother most people. The air conditioning unit fan only has one setting: LOUD. It sounds like an airplane is in the room when it's on. Other than that, pretty amazing experience.
