Super close to the train ride. Reasonably priced. Available rooms. Fitness center and indoor pool! The breakfast was AWESOME!!! The room was UNREAL!!! My kids and I were SHOCKED at how big our room was! We loved it! We plan to return soon! Oh and the lobby was decorated for Christmas!!! So nice!

There were a few crumbs on the carpet in the living room area. There was also a random crayon in the bedroom. Which was strange.. just kinda symbolized to me that the room was not thoroughly cleaned or looked over after it was “cleaned”.

Staff could smile and look at you when they talk. Neither the woman that checked us in or the one that checked us out did either. In fact I checked out then was outside just long enough to put my bags in my car. I decided to go back in and by a drink to take on the road. I went to pay the girl that had just checked me out and she asked me "are you checking out?" I was like uh no I just did that a minute ago? She would of known had she even looked at me once during checkout. Other than the impersonal and unfriendly staff everything else was great.

This was a nice hotel! The staff was helpful and friendly, even when we came in after midnight and I had a question that they were able to answer. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and we had no issues.

The hotel was great - my only concern was I had held the hotel on my debit card and then gave them my credit card once we arrived. For the entire weekend it looked like I was being charged twice. I explained it to the front desk and I was told that it was a policy that was in effect and the charge to my debit card would be removed in a day or two. It was (it was gone the following Monday), but the entire weekend I had $400 on hold that I was not able to use on my vacation.

The bed was super comfortable, the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was very good. The breakfast attendants were friendly and helpful. I personally valued the make up mirror and hair dryer in our room. It was also nice and quiet.

I found nothing lacking.

The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and informative. The women serving breakfast did an excellent job keeping the food fresh and the dinning area clean. The room was average and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were not comfortable.

The halls & elevator need to be cleaned. The floor in my room needed a good sweeping. The pillows were extremely tiny - hate square pillows. The coffee pot needed to be cleaned - it produced an awful cup of coffee.

The hotel was clean and in a quiet location, very close to the French Lick Resort. The breakfast was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked bacon on Monday morning. The breakfast area was kept well-stocked by a very organized woman who also kept all of the tables clean Our room was spotless, and we appreciated the friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. I asked her if there was special motorcycle parking, and she said that I could park directly under the canopy in the front to protect from rain, and that if I did need some thing to clear off the condensation from the motorcycle, she would provide a towel. She provided a good dinner recommendation. The room was quiet, comfortable, and very clean.  The bed was very comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was much better than usual.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The staff were very nice and super helpful. And the pool was enjoyable with the perfect temperature.

Even though the pool was enjoyable, it did look a little green, not sure if it needs a deep clean or remodel. And when we went to check it the work out room we couldn't locate a light for the room.

Clean, quiet location but easy access to everything. Breakfast is hot, good and the coffee machine is wonderful. The price is reasonable and worth it!

The pool is clean but not heated, it’s very cold. Workout room is clean. TV is not working, probably the remote control, it’s ok with me since I use my headset.

Good location for polar express ride. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Room had no tissues, toilet paper, bedding for kids to sleep on the fold out couch. Had to keep asking for things.
