Everything was so nice.. grass, lake, room, the smell of the room the lobby .. so peaceful everyone was so nice gave me a beautiful room stayed for 10 days amazing property would def stay here again

Stayed for 10 days but didn’t get any type of house keeping service no towels soap nothing we had to keep using pool towels because we didn’t get any service even called saying we were going to be out the whole day cause we were going to Disney and if we could please get house keeping service and they agreed and we come back and nothing :( also there’s a wanna b cop in the gate house Spanish kid that thinks he got big balls talks to u like he’s the president lmao

Great location and apt very clean!

Stay here several times a year .. unfortunately this time my visit wasn’t so great! .. the resort has gone down hill a bit! .. cleanliness in the apt great.. outside in the surrounding areas little bit shabby!

The room and the pool were amazing. The staff at the pool were really nice and made you feel special. The store staff were also sweet and helpful.

Anytime I came to the front desk, the staff were standoffish and I felt like I was bothering them when I asked simple questions and when I checked into the hotel. Was not aware there were so many services and where everything was.

Room was in an excellent spot facing the main pool in building number one. close proximity to the outlet as well as Publix. Also, the lady at the reception, Sherry was extremely helpful and offered a lot of assistance. She is an asset to the resort.

More regular room cleaning and towels change. Good idea to place coffee capsules in the room rather than the vouchers for the coffee shop.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clear. Our son enjoyed the heated pool!

We received a phone call from the staff asking if we needed anything. I asked for 2 extra towels that never came. Her purpose in calling was to try to get us to attend their 90 program about the hotel and not if we were in need of anything.

What i like the most is that Sarah one of your front desk personal was so helpful. She provided us with the help we needed when moving to another room.

What i didnt like was having to wait 5 and a half hours to get to our room. Also 30 minutes after normal check in. Our friends checked in 5 hours eariler. While waiting we were told that the reason we had to wait was because of what we requested. We requested a room over looking the pool and after the long wait and when we were told it was ready. When we walked in the room 1314 we went to our balcony of most which was a wall and overlooking a basketball court. My wife and i were very disappointed after waiting so long..

Very welcoming property - did try to set up timeshare after check in but not pushy . Very accommodating especially after my baggage delays . Early check in and late check out - easy communication with the front desk via text message - very responsive and friendly. The room was spacious and very well laid out . The screened in patio was a bonus. Very clean and daily tidy service . All staff very friendly and approachable. The resort had two pools , two gyms and two hot tubs as well as a restaurant/ bar area. Numerous daily activities and lots of lounge chairs . Very beautiful and clean . There was also a lovely bridge that connected the two sides of the resort- various wildlife and awesome location for photos . The location was awesome - property is gated so very secure and small gate to access pathway leading across the street to the Vineland outlet mall. Very short walk to publix and other great shopping stores . Lots of great restaurants and fast food within minutes . Did not rent a car - used the trolley and Uber several times . Very convenient and cheap with no parking fees ! Uber to Disney was less than 15 minutes and under $15 !

Very clean room. Also cleaning staff was quiet (no talking in hallways, no disturbance). We had the 1BR apartment, which was really big. included essentials in the kitchen. Dryer and WM (including tablets). Air con and ceiling fan. Fan on the balcony as well. Not too close from the main road, so quiter than most other nearby hotels.

Ordinary choice of food. Fairly high price of drinks. We weren't next to the pool/bar area, which looked like it could be a bit noisy during the afternoon/late afternoon.

Location is great. Close to parks and the mall!

Sometimes there’s no parking. You have to request a cart to pick you up once you found a spot and it’s an inconvenience when you’re ready to go to your room and you parked several buildings away from your own building.
