The restaurant staff were excellent. Imanual and the team did everything to make our meals at the restaurant an enjoyable experience. The food was really good. The hotel is located in a better part of Bangalore. The rooms were clean and we were upgraded. We used the spa and it was great.

We booked half board and at checking it was not made clear that a la cart was not part of the package. Perhaps it was our fault that we also did not check, so we had to pay for one night meal. Bit annoying but the lady receptionist did her best.

I was only here for a night, was looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay before my flight the next day. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very comfortable with all facilities that I required for my stay. Snacks were brought up to my room and a gift offered to me upon departing which was a nice gesture.

Difficult to find parking, my partner and I came with a private car and most of the spots were taken, eventually the staff helped us find a place to park. Would have been nice if they let us know where to park so as to avoid us having to loop back around again.

Cleanliness of the facility, attentive staff. Excellent response to our needs with top-notch care. Right after our check-in, we received an automated email from the hotel to evaluate the check-in process. We also felt that the hotel was willing to catch and improve even small issues, both in terms of technology and manpower. As a parting gift, we were also pleased to receive a fine soap made by socially vulnerable women (as explained to us by the manager). It was heartwarming to know that someone in a position of corporate authority made a decision with the welfare of society in mind and provided quality, practical gift to the guests. (As a parent, it gave me the opportunity to explain to my child what an ideal leadership looks like.. so thank you fot that.) We'll definitely revisit the premise if we were in the area.

If you choose half board, you may want to go for a la carte as there is not much variety in the food. There is loud party music in the restaurant, which may be a bit too much for those who prefer a quieter environment... We requested a change to in-room dining, and the staff was very accommodating.

This is an amazing Property. I’ve stayed here multiple times and the staff - Sushmita and Anirban have been fabulous! They go out of their way to make the hues feel comfortable. These are mostly ensuite rooms and are impeccably clean, well stocked and aesthetic. it’s situated in leafy Koramanagala so the views are lovely - also, you have so many restaurants and cafés nearby!

I wish the coffee shop would open up soon!

Clean and very hospitable place

The food was expensive and there is no decent food outlets at walkable distance. It will be better to order online from outside. Or cook inside as all rooms are equipped with good kitchen facilities and fridge and Hot plate and oven.

The food was very nice . the room was very comfortable and family friendly.All the facilities and services were nice .The location of the restaurant was pleasant surrounded by trees .The morning is the best time to go walking in the pleasant location .

Professional and courteous staff whose performance goes beyond the job description. For my stay, due to current global health conditions, I had requested in-room dining for the duration of my stay. Housekeeping and dining services were responsive for my needs. The staff was exceptional in making sure it was a seamless experience. Food is excellent. I eat mostly European,and I found flavors of the international cuisine are spot on! Indian cuisine is good too. Good spread of menu and buffet. In room amenities are well chosen and well maintained. I was helped out with complimentary transportation for some work to a location close by, and on check out, as in don’t have a local number, front desk arranged the local cab service that took me to final destination within the city. Big shout out to dining services, Ms. Rupku from housekeeping and Mr. Gibu at the front desk. Hotel decor is quite soothing. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool and gym due to ongoing global health concerns but they both looked great. Maybe next time! Thank you guys for the pleasant stay!

Refrigerator in my room needed deicing - but nothing that impacted my stay. I was able to use the shelves.

This is my favourite place to hang out, stay in Bangalore. It is nested in a quiet place in the middle of Koramangala away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Rooms are tastefully decorated and spacious and food is excellent.

The last time I visited, I was given a smoking room though I had a confirmation for a non-smoking one. This is something that could be improved upon
