Staff were friendly and the hotel location was good Room and bed was comfortable. Whilst the breakfast was not good, the dinner was very good.

The staff could be more helpful with supporting you getting to the hotel, they also should provide a travel update on the ferries each day as on quite a few days the ferries were cancelled and information online was limited. Another party we were travelling with booked the same room type as us which was different to our room and not very modern. It was different to what was advertised on booking.com Breakfast was below average, they need to cover the fruit as there were flies in the serving area. Shower often got blocked and flooded.

We were lucky to select Panorama Hotel and Maiori beach town from the countless options in Amalfi. Panorama Hotel enhanced our stay in quiet town of Maiori by offering very clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment for four adults, nice beds, ocean view, air-conditioned, Extremely courteous 24x7 reception staff ready to help and english speaking. Delicious Continental Breakfast from roof-top infinite ocean view restaurant every morning was incredible. Hotel offers private beach access, umbrella, towels and lifeguard. Hotel has easy walking access to good restaurants, fast food, coffee, gelato, center, ferry terminal to amalfi, salerno,etc. Besides Ferry and public buses, we found taxi fares very reasonable to/from hotel location and various places like Minori, Ravello, Amalfi, Vetri due to its central location. Hotel staff helped us find a private taxi to Pompii at a very short notice and driver waited for 2hours which was enough to see most parts of Pompii. Maiori beach we felt is perfect for bathing, light swimming, very clean water, warm and enjoyable compared to other busy beaches on amalfi coast and its just 2 min walk from Panorama Hotel. Morning 1-2 hours swim before venturing out for the long day or evening cool off after all day sightseeing in hot 90 degree summer was incredible.

USB charging ports on the wall will be big plus for international travellers , but not a big deal.

Breakfast was fantastic and is definitely worth adding to your stay. The views are spectacular from the roof top area. Staff helped with transfers, activities and getting more pillows etc. The location was perfect for our needs also. The discount you get at the beach club entry also is well worth it and literally across the road which is very convenient.

Our rooms only window backed on to a ground level where the staff would walk past constantly opening and closing a door which didn't feel very private to have it open . Just ask not to be in room 222. Any other room I feel would have been fine, we wish we opted for ocean view as it was a beautiful view.

We had an amazing time at the Panorama hotel. We wish we could have spent more time. The location was key. We were walking distance to restaurants and right across from the beach. The room was so spacious and clean. The best part was the balcony. We just open the curtains to enjoy the Amalfi coast view/ocean. We were surprised there was a pool at the rooftop of the hotel. We weren't expecting it, it was an added bonus. The restaurant was great with great service. The hotel had a section of the beach area with sun-beds and towels available for rental (one towel per person). We will absolutely love to come back to this wonderful place and we would stay here again no questions asked.

We have no complaints. The only thing I would advise guest is to not pull on the string by the shower head because it’s an emergency call 😬 we were clueless.

Accommodation was first class. The staff were very pleasant, attentive and very helpful. Breakfast was of a high standard taken on the rooftop restaurant overlooking the bay with a beautiful vista,. The evening menu was good with plenty of choice. The beach was a minutes walk away, with bathing facilities, and a sun lounging area and plunge pool on the rooftop too.

As a non-smoker, possibly there could have been a smokers area in the outside restaurant down-wind of everyone else.

My wife and I were so happy as soon as we opened the door to our room. We had a sea view room on the 4th floor. The room was clean and spacious. The air con and shutters kept the room cool and quiet. The shower was also perfect. Great location, away from the hustle of amalfi and positano, although easy to do day trips to those locations by ferry . The rooftop restaurant/bar was a nice way to finish your day with a drink and watch the sunset. Highly recommend

The property itself was good. Our air conditioning was very low. Our room couldn’t get cool which was a bit annoying. Also we couldn’t get a spot on the beach. They had no chairs available which was also upsetting considering we were part of the hotel. They should ensure all guests have chairs before letting the public rent the chairs. It left paying guests with no chairs.

Perfectly located, in front of the promenade and the beach. About 10 min. walking to the boat station where you can catch a boat to Amalfi and from there to Sorrento, Minori, Salerno and other places. The staff was always very nice and helpfu to us. The room was big, clean, with an enourmous and comfortable bed, a big shower and very quiet. An excellent buffete breakfast is served in the roof floor, with an beautiful view to the promanade and the sea.

Room was clean and efficient with a balcony view of the water. Front desk staff was very helpful. Beach was beautiful and right across the street. The free breakfast on the outside terrace looking at that beautiful sea...highlight of my day! The ferry is also an easy short walk, so catch one daily and explore all the towns on the coast! Panorama was a perfect start and end point each day.

I loved everything!

The staff were wonderful, the room was very clean and tidy, our ocean view from our balcony was spectacular, the breakfast was excellent, and the beach was fabulous.

Only two minor improvements to consider would be a coffeemaker in the room and a small patio table on the balcony. To be fair, we did not ask the staff about either and if we had, I’m sure they would have tried to accommodate.
