Nice little swimming pool which all the family enjoyed. Children also enjoyed the games room. Superb breakfast buffet. Lovely location for walks. Peaceful and quiet but convenient for bus stop.

We booked rooms that promised a kitchenette / cooking facilities. The double room that my husband and I booked did in fact have two hobs as well as a kettle, fridge and sink (but not plates or saucepans or other cooking equipment!). But the two family suites ('junior suites') that we booked for two of our adult children with their respective partners and our grandchildren only had the sink and fridge without the cooking hobs. This was irritating as we had to do all the cooking for the extended family and five grandchildren on our two hobs.

The carpets in the corridors and some bedrooms need replacing - worn and dusty. The supposed kitchenette in our ‘junior suite’ was actually just a fridge, sink and kettle, so could not cook for the children and baby. Only the double room (booked by grandparents) had hobs as well.

Very spacious room, comfortable bed (easily suitable for family with young children), good location with view on the surrounding mountains, nearest closure to the cross-ski routes, swimming pool sizeable enough to play with the children (for the youngest family members water could be slightly warmer though). Friendly staff, keeping familiaric contact with the guests.

There was a step between the bathroom and the rest of a room - we had to watch out for our youngest to keep the balance, somebody could argue that lack of shower (just a bathtub with high access to) is disadvantageous, too.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed in this hotel and once again the experience was fabulous. The staff & Managers are extremely friendly and helpful, the food is delicious & plentiful and the Wellness Centre is fabulous.I highly recommend it.

Amazing location, very kind and helpful staff, amazing meals and breakfast. The area has incredible walks up into the mountains. Very nice indeed, we will be back!!
