Room is super clean and beautiful. Very convenient location, and the parking situation was convenient and safe (just outside their door).

We booked this hotel over others with a pool because it had hammam and massage, but when we got there they said hammam needs to be booked in advance and we can’t even book for the next day. Breakfast was so-so.

This is a lovely hotel in Tozeur right in the town centre but on a quiet street. The design mixes traditional brickwork with modern decor all in desert tones and was very lovely. The staff was excellent and spoke great English and were helpful. We booked a tour to the oasis areas through them and that was excellent too - the driver had a nice SUV and drove safely. We thought the breakfast was great - fruit, dates, a basket of breads and pastries, homemade jams and honey, eggs, yogurt, juice and coffee - nothing to complain about as it was quite delicious and served on a lovely patio.

Othmen in the reception was very helpful and did not hesitate to give advice that helped me a lot planning my return saving me time and effort he also tried his best and succeeded in making arrangements for me to go on a trip to Sahara with the guide Aziz and his 4x4 Sandra who made it an unforgettable experience ..Othmen is very professional and sincere in his job giving a great impression and image to the place

The location and the wide spacious room

The hotel is extraordinarily beautiful and the staff is extremely nice. It is very clean and quiet.

The only disadvantage was the breakfast. This was extremely dissappointing, especially regarding how beautiful the place was otherwise. Nothing fresh, no fruits or anything healthy. Just sweets and pastry. Very bad coffee.

The hotel was able to accomodate our request for an early check-in which was much appreciated after an overnight camel trip, before heading out on another tour. Breakfast was very nice.

It was a pity there was no availability of dinner in-house, perhaps it was due to being off-season.

Relatively recent structure, but built in traditional local style. High quality of craftsmanship. Beautiful rooms. Lovely courtyard. Staff were extremely helpful with our late arrival and early departure. They served dinner late and breakfast early.

Nothing at all to dislike here.

Breakfast contained from eggs, bread and sweet bakery. No cheese or ham, no even fruits. And coffee, it was the worst coffee I've ever drank.

The hotel is really superb. In the city centre where you can walk around easily. It has a beautiful patio and terrace where you can relax. The staff was super friendly and they helped us to book activities and transportation. I would highly recommend it.

The breakfast was ok but the bread, pies etc were not fresh. It would be better if they were fresh.

Great location as it is within walking distance of most area attractions, including the Palmerie, the medina, and local museum. Breakfast was excellent and served promptly. Rooms were comfortable and quite and the rooftop terrace a very nice amenity.

Front door of the guest house remains locked and you must leave your key at the desk and be let in whenever you arrive. While that makes the facility more secure, it was also something you had to think about, especially if you returned at unusual hours.

the room was spacious and comfortable. the property is located off the Main Street which was very convenient to find a good restaurant for dinner. staff were friendly and helpful.

Internet was spotty, but it seems to be an issue all over Tunisia, so I do not fault the hotel. Hard to depend on wifi. best to have a local SIM card. Breakfast is adequate, but not exceptional.
