The staff were incredibly friendly. I feel like we developed some friendships while we were there for two weeks. Their breakfast was delicious and the facilities were modern and clean. The saltwater pool was an awesome addition for my kids.

The rooms were a little small, but still comfortable. There are no elevators, but it is only a two-story building.

Hotel was off a main road with many dining and shopping options. It’s old but has been fully renovated. Was glad to see a clean shower, clean pool area and comfortable beds. The pool is heated and has salt water which my family enjoyed. Staff was very friendly and rooms were quiet. They have a Starbucks in the lobby and they also offer a small breakfast menu. Parking is included within the price per night.

The only con is there is no elevator within the building but the stairs to the second floor are easy to climb. It would be nice to have a separate section for smokers as they were in front of the doors and near the pool area.

Ms. Edna's loving and warmest care. She's the kinda person that we would come back to stay just to see her. I'll always check to see if she's working before I come. Felt like we've known her all of our lives. Thank you sooo much for adding to my husband's birthday stay.♥️🌹♥️🌹♥️🌹♥️🌹♥️🌹♥️🌹♥️🌹♥️🌹♥️

We should have stayed longer

Clean, comfortable, well-located, and very reasonably priced, The Courtyard was a wonderful place to spend the holiday week.

The "every other day" cleaning schedule is vague. You may want to ask when ro expect service.

I booked the hotel to include breakfast. In the morning we were informed that only 1 breakfast was included. Very odd. Never experienced that before and I think is something they need to address. 2 guests should equal breakfasts. But apart from that an excellent hotel.

The location worked for us, close to son's home and that was the reason for the trip. The facility was very clean and nice. There was a little noise when some other guests passed by , but thankfully it was never too loud or long.

Breakfast could be better. Powdered eggs are always a disappointment, and the addition of perhaps breakfast potatoes, or biscuits would be nice.

beware that if you have an option to add breakfast to your room you are only adding one no matter how many guests. no option given to add more than one. the price for a breakfast is very high - they more than make up for the free one with the additional you have to buy unless you are traveling solo!

The property was clean and well maintained. The pool area and the bistro were nice.

The property is in a very bad part of town. People were walking the streets all day everyday that we were there. Did not feel safe going out alone. Even to the parking lot.

I got a king sized room and the shower was amazing. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I loved that when i walked in i felt like i was in my own little apartment. And then my room was right next to the pool so i sat outside the night i was there and enjoyed the vibes.

There was nothing that i didnt like. i really enjoye my stay.

The staff was extremely helpful. I had problems with the television and they fixed it immediately. I left a dress shirt and they called me before I was out of town. I was able to retrieve the shirt. There was no elevator but that did not interfere with my plans because I did not have much luggage. I will stay here again when in Augusta.
