Everything was great! -Huge breakfast window from 7.30 to 10.30, early bird or otherwise - you will have your continental breakfast one way or another. Breakfast had everything you need for the morning: tea; coffee; freshly cut vegetables; cheese and sausage cut selection; eggs; 3 types of yogurt; different muesli; fruits; all sorts of jams; honey; Nutella; different kinds of bread, both sweet and usual. -You were also allowed to take food to your room, get a takeaway from the restaurant which was literally 5 meters away from the hotel, so you could come there with you slippers. -Location is amazing, 7 minutes walking with snowboard boots and your board to the ski lifts. The supermarket and a gas station were also very close, 5 minute walk, so you can get whatever you need, whether it would be toiletries, or snacks. -Hotel also has quite big skiing/drying room, so that you can leave your boots and other things to dry. There is also a huge covered parking available if you are coming with a car. -Staff was extremely helpful. I had a late check-in and an early check-out, no problems there, both took me literally 30 sec each. Everyone was speaking English so I had no issues communicating. The staff made it feel like this is a family hotel, as everyone was so friendly. -Room was clean, bed was soft enough to have a good rest, room even had a TV, which was all in German, but still, better than nothing. Hot water was available at all times, which is not the case with some other hotels. Room also had a heater, and it was always quite warm in there. This was the biggest thing I was afraid of, as I was coming from a hot Cyprus island, but I was not disappointed a single bit! -The spa facilities were great! You get sauna, steam thingy and infrared room, clean showers, work out room, great balcony with an amazing view.

The room lighting was a bit too dim.

Staff are excellent, especially on arrival as I was late, Sebastian sent detailed note on how to access room key/hotel. This was fantastic as I was tired and just wanted to get into my room with no hassle.. Ben is a credit to the hotel, so helpful with information for all guest, super friendly as front of house staff, really makes guests welcome. Bar staff were brilliant always greeted you with a smile and a nice drink after a long day on the mountain. Staff 10/10

The location is great for accessing the ski area. Breakfast, although self service, had a large selection and the option to cook an omelette or boiled eggs.

The rooms were noisy and poor lighting. No extractor fan in the bathroom and no shampoo or body wash.

Second stay here and still very nice. Probably the best ratio price/quality/location in the area. (literally across the street from the Zillertal train shuttle) Barely 10 mins walk from the start of the slopes. They have a deal with the ski rental shop downstairs where you get a discount (15%) Rooms are weirdly quite dark, but I was only there to sleep and wash, so it's no big deal. Very clean, nice showers. Beds are decent. The lounge area lacks a bit of atmosphere in the evenings, but again that may not matter to you. Breakfast buffet is seriously good and unlimited. Staff is friendly and efficient with most of them speaking English. Food during the day (after 4PM) is nothing to write home about (frozen pizzas, white bread sandwiches, that kind of stuff) but it does the job nicely after a day skiing. You probably want to go somewhere else for dinner though (a few restaurants around, the better ones are in Stumm, just across the canal, maybe 10-15 mins walk from the hotel) All in all a very good choice if you come in the area, specially in wintertime.

Beds were very comfortable, and the surroundings very quiet, so perfect for a good night' sleep.

I was missing coffee/thee + waterboiler (+ cups) in the room. We paid 217 eur per room per night, which is very expensive, so I expected at least the option to make tea in the room. The ski lift was a bit far by foot, especially after a day skiing, so we took the car.

Staff was friendly and helped me work out how to get to other ski areas from the hotel such as Zillertal Arena and Mayrhofen. Location of the hotel was great if you wanted to explore different ski resorts I skied at HochZillertal which about 8 mins walk to gondola and the train station is just across the road from the hotel which takes you to Zillertal Area and Mayrhofen resorts.

hotel had only 3 cook top stations for a hot breakfast and which is overcrowded quite often requiring to wait. You need to pay for use of ski lockers in the hotel.

Great facilities, really well thought out for outdoorsy and sporty people. Love the top floor gym amd sauna. So great to work out with that mountain view!

The price is perhaps a little high for what yiu get when compared to similar places and / or prices

Very good place to stay in for the active vacation. Friendly staff is ready to answer any question. Wellness center located at the top floor with the mountain view. Bar with drinks and snacks is open till late - great place to share the day adventures with the friends. Breakfast is good - I liked the idea to scramble eggs by myself. The room is big with plenty storage place, the cozy evening lightening is very relaxing, the view from the window is exceptional. Definitely great value for money.

Wow, probably the first place where I can't find something that I didn't like...

Nice facilities, great location, very near the bottom of the slopes and super easy to find, specially if you arrive by train. Very decent unlimited breakfast There's a discount for ski gear rental at the shop downstairs (though I wasn't told at the reception)

Lighting in the room is weirdly dark. No usb charger available in the room, you meed to bring an EU plug. Sandwiches are made from bland bread, which is weird since there is an amazing array of breads to choose from at breakfast, why not use those for the snacks?
