Nice surroundings with old olive trees; pool with different depths allowing for small dives; plenty of sunbeds around the pool; strategic location good to reach the surf school and lake across the road and down a small hill; good breakfast; tennis courts and equipment available for rent; A/C functioned well

facilities (e.g. pool, bath, room furniture, window seams) in dire need of renovation; "jaccuzzi" walls and water looked yellowish, we never dared to step into this soup; some sunbeds were dysfunctional; evening meal cost 30 euro per person without beverages, with no discount price or alternative menu offered for small children - we never used this option, luckily there are several nice restaurants as well as a groceries store close-by

Nice hotel which is quite close to Malcesine. A nice walk by the lake for approx 20 min. Great breakfast and dinner. Free parking. However you should have a room in the main building. Rooms in building 3 are very simple standard and not to recommend.

We stayed in the largest room in the hotel, which was very spacious! The breakfast was great, lots of choice. We were also allowed to keep a room tab during our stay so any additional snacks and drinks we ordered throughout the day could be added. Hotel reception is very helpful they will call taxis for you each day and arrange an airport transfer. There is a shop close by for any snacks etc. you may need. The lake is easy to get to from this location with a few restaurants if you don’t want to travel into town. The pool bar has good choice for drinks, and there is plenty of space to sunbathe and they also have a mini hot tub. Overall a very enjoyable stay for a 3* hotel.

The pool itself is slightly dated and could use some improvement, but it was clean.

The hotel is locate between Brenzone Sul Garda and Malcesine. It's easy to get to the boat at Malcesine and near local restaurants. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The pool was fantastic, as was the pool bar and the garden. The rooms were big and spacious. Breakfast was excellent- lots of choice.

We stayed at the restaurant the first night. We had eaten here last year too. It was disappointing. Our second course was brought with our first after a long wait. Our second course obviously then went cold. My sons meal wasn't right- he was brought something he didn't order. It wasn't as good as the year before. The menu on our table was in German every day despite telling the waiter we spoke Italian or English. We were in a room with a bath - I had trouble getting out of the bath- it was too high and I'm an able bodied 40 year old! I think this needs to be replaced with a shower.

We liked the staff they were all incredibly friendly and clearly enjoyed interacting with guests, the hotel was very clean , the pool is large and we liked the way everything gets charged to your room so no need to carry cash or cards whilst on site. The rooms themselves were basic but generally well maintained and cleaned to a high standard with very comfortable beds. The location was fantastic and we would love to visit again.

Upon arrival reception seemed surprised that we wanted 3 guests in the treble room booked, with the receptionist informing us that they had just removed a bed from this room to make it a double. This was rectified within a couple of hours but it did make the room quite cramped. My 62 year old mother who was sharing with my 10 year old son was given a room that involved climbing 7 flights of stairs as there was no lift and this made checking out at 5am quite challenging. This room had no balcony and only 1 small window making it quite dark. All 3 rooms we had booked were spread over 3 buildings only one of which had a small lift.

What an excellent hotel! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, a wonderful pool area with a bar, tennis facilities and a superb restaurant. We couldn't ask for more! The location was just outside of Malcesine, about a twenty minute walk or 5 minute drive. Across the road from the hotel there is a supermarket and newsagent for essentials. The breakfast was excellent- a wide range of food. We also tried the restaurant in the evening- delicious and really good value! We had a fantastic stay and would love to come back again!

One thing that was missing- somewhere in the room to dry clothes after a day at the pool. An addition of a small clothes airer would be great!

The staff were so friendly as well as all of the guests. They were so helpful with anything we needed. The property is stunning and there was a bus that stopped right outside of the hotel to take you to town.

Had a great stay. Hotel and staff excellent, rooms a little dated. Had the best holiday.

Pool facilities, bike hire and tennis all great. Breakfast lovely.

Beautiful location, exceeded our expectations, you are among lots of olive trees, the pool area was very clean and a nice pool bar. The waiters were very attentive (especially Danielle). Breakfast and Dinner was good. Hotels reception very welcoming and helpful. This place is nice to stay at whether you play tennis or not.

Fresh rolls for breakfast would have been good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with stunning views of Lake Garda and the city from our window. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The location is excellent, with the lake and mountains nearby. Highly recommended!
