Located in a quiet residential neighborhood Rooms are large and well maintained
Cleanliness in dining area. The table mats were stained, uncleaned and dirty. The table and the floor are not cleaned immediately once the guest finishes breakfast. This makes the place look very messy and untidy.

I have been to many hotels in Gurgaon and belive me Confort Inn Dhaliwals is the best. Best amenities, Rooms and Bathrooms are lovable. Staff is really supportive and helpful. Everybody are in their best behavior their. They offer you more than what you pay. I had a situation where a group in a room next to mine was partying and we requested management to shift us to another room, and we were shifted to new room which proves them to be the best in class with impeccable customer services.
Everything was awesome. Shall visit there soon again.

Really good rooms and amenities, I just couldn't believe how good they were for the price. The staff were really helpful and the room service and hospitality was great.
There was a mixup at the reservation and they couldn't find my booking but they still sorted me a room.

Comfort and Good Service
View from the hotel room, obviously the location is in the middle of a sector, so it’s all housing around the hotel. Otherwise service & room maintenance is pretty good.

The team is nice. Person at the reception was very helpful and tries to solve all issues. Management can support him better. Rooms are new and decent size. More training to staff can also help.
Breakfast was ok. Not great. The choices were few and food combination was not right. Probably they can have a mix of healthy and oily breakfast. TV had no English entertainment or Movies channel. The gentleman at the reception entered his own password for Amazon Prime account to help.
