Great pool for the little ones and slides for bigger kids, too! Nice rooms, especially the ones with a sea view. Good parking facilities just outside of hotel for free. Nice & friendly staff, too. Definitely good value for money - we got a full board without alcohol and it was totally a steal 😊

The building has seen better days and ventilation in the restaurant area could be improved to remove the food odors better. Food quality is ok if you are not picky, but will be an issue for anyone with a more refined taste. Finally, the public areas are noisy, especially in the evenings, but there are rooms looking the other direction, too.

The hotel is beautifully renovated and beautifully furnished! The staff is very nice and helpful! The food selection is plentiful and very tasty! The pools were also very pleasant. The programs are also very good!

Upon arrival, the floor in the bathroom was still full of black hair from the previous resident. He stayed there all week! They just tidied up, there was no cleaning! Between the seat cushions and armrests of the armchairs in the entrance lounge, it was full of garbage! The ants swarmed under it! The external elevator should have a glass wall on the outside, because the birds nest in the elevator house and the glass of the elevator is full of bird excrement! The repair of the swimming pool's pavement only started after the opening, even though it could have been done in the morning before! At the fire alarm in the evening, the staff was at a loss as to what to do and what the apparent reason was and how to turn it off! The pool above should have a couple of parasols!

Hotel itself is awesome and amazing. I was there with family (wife, 1,5 years old daughter and 4 years old son) -Reception is 24/7 - people there helpful and smiling - Cleaning personal awesome, you can see whole day old spanisch women around the hotel cleaning everything - Swimming pool area awesome. For families just awesome. Great Pirate swimming pool for babies and awesome splash and tobogan area for olders. - Animation program, awesome. A lot of stuff. Aquazumba. For children face-painting. Disney show. - Rooms renovated. But I thing there is problem with pipes and plumbing. the water does not drain and the bathroom stinks terribly of waste during the day. waste pipes would need to be cleaned. - Food and restaurant - we bought full board (not all inclusive) and it was OK. In all-iclusive you have free drinks (beer, coca-cola, vine) during the lunch and dinner. There were little thing with hygiene and I spoke about that with manager. They have very bad dish-washer and new clean plates are not so clean and are greasy. And maybe there could be more food variants for childrens and babies (eating french fries every day is not heatlhy). For babies there were always one art of pasta and always every day same tomato marina.

The staff went out and beyond to make sure we had a good time, in particular caring for one of our party who is celiac. The room was big and beds were comfortable. Despite the railtracks being nearby, noise cancelling double glaxzing was very good. The food quality was good in the buffet.

Would have liked more kids activities, the ones we joined were a little underwhelming. While the room was comfortable, it was very bare. The dining room was very noisy and overcrowded at meal times (lunch times in particular were short so it got super busy). There was no allergen signage on the food

It’s pretty nice in the room - big comfortable beds, ventilation and air conditioning system makes good atmosphere 👍🏻 Children enjoyed 3 swimming pools, like in aqua park. Dinners in different thematics with music and animators were better than we waiting 🥳 🥳🥳 A lot of fruits 🍉 🍑🥑🍍🍌🍎 Testy cooking. Good location - 5 min to a beach 🏖 great promenade. Also good logistics. Big parking, bus station, railway station - all you need within walking distance.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice place for a stay with children. My daughter, 4 years old, was excited with different pools and slides. Also very close to the beach :)

I am very picky with choosing place where to eat, and unfortunately restaurant rather looks like canteen, than a place where you want spend time and enjoy your food and lovely evening. However the food was good.

When the bathroom got flooded from above, they fixed the problem the day after, and we got our stay upgraded to all-inclusive. 3 double beds in the room was great. We loved the food.

Do not use the claw machine at this hotel if your child gets tempted to win a teddy bear. I call it the thief's mashine. Save your money and go to the shop nearby and buy the plush there. I think the hotel summer 2024 has some plumbing issues. The hot water smelled of sewage.

The hotel is a great place for families and great value for the holidays' budget, the kids (5 & 2) really enjoyed the Aquapark and the activities provided (games, disco kids etc..). Special attention from the manager of the hotel who spend much time among the clients, overseeing the satisfaction around the pools and during lunch/diner, offering refreshments to everyone, that matters a lot and worth 5 stars. The room was very clean and neat, 2 big confortable beds, small terrasse will sea views, A/C up and running, small fridge and the bathroom very big in comparaison. 2 large car park areas next to the hotel. Great natural orange juice maker for breakfast!

The food buffet was good and offers various options but did not exceed expectations. The pool & restaurant are a bit packed and it is sometime not easy to navigate around the chairs/tables, there can be a line and waiting time for accessing some drinks/food. A bit confused between all-inclusive and full pension services as it is not really clear neither from the hotel nor Booking's website, and no upgrade proposed on arrival (probably possible if requested anyway).

Fantastic hotel with lots going on. Perfect for families and staff go the extra mile every time. The attention to detail was amazing...when sat around the pool, staff would come around with trays of fresh watermelon or jugs of sangria. They also had lollipops for the kids and handed out during the day modelling balloons for the kids to play with. Was fantastic to see the children trying to make creations around the pool! The pools were spotless and well looked after with very attentative lifeguards. Slides were fab. My children are 11 & 13 and loved it (as did their grandparents who came with us too). Food around pool was lovely...fresh burgers, hot dogs, chips, onion rings, salad, fruit, all drinks (including cold alcohol), slush puppies, lovely icecream etc. Hotel itself is lovely and modern with grey and white theme throughout. Amazing glass lift through centre of hotel overlooking pools and lovely large reception area, pool tables, air hockey etc (1 euro a game for these). We had a fantastic balcony overlooking all of the pool areas. Food was fab with lots of selection at each sitting. Regularly topped up and replenished. They did Mexican night in our first night where we were greeted by the staff in sombreros, had a shot of tequila and had fun photos with the staff. Fantastic and lots of fun. They work incredibly hard and make the place so fantastic, a huge thank you to all involved. The hotel is right amongst souvenir shops, bars, restaurants etc and a stones throw away from the beach and train staying to go into Barcelona.

More of an observation really, but there is only one bar open in the evening so queues a lot of the time but were able to get a few drinks at a time to save going back up and staff were very quick serving so we weren't hanging around too long. Personal preference, but would have been nice to have had a pizza slice around the pool bar to snack on in the day. Possibly do the evening entertainment around the top pool as inside was too warm to stay in to watch so we missed that most nights.
