The location was very convenient. The room was moderately comfortable. Plush bed with clean linens. We didn't have any problems with noise. The shower had good pressure and hot water supply, and I liked the provided soaps.

Bathroom has very little privacy- the sliding door has a see through gap and the walls don't reach the ceiling so you can hear (and smell) everything. The silhouette of whoever is showering is visible to the room. Sink is way too small and awkward- hard to wash your face or brush teeth without bumping into the mirror. The room did not have a microwave or fridge, which we knew from the listing, but didn't know until checkout that we could have requested a fridge in the room. The room also had an odd smell from the concrete walls- consider sealing the concrete so it doesn't smell like a cave.

We enjoyed our stay here. I liked the modern aesthetic, the room was very clean and the beds are super comfy. The rainfall showerhead and toiletries were lovely. The pool area is beautiful though we didn't use it on this stay. The staff was pleasant enough. Location is convenient.

The design of the bathroom is not very practical. The sliding barn door, and open air ceiling doesn't allow for much privacy. The size and shape of the bathroom sink is ridiculous. Water splashes out of the sink and all over the mirror even at a slow trickle, but if you accidentally turn the faucet up too high it will overshoot the sink and can make a mess quickly. The exposed plumbing is pretty noisy and we were woken up each time a neighboring room used the bathroom through the night.

The tv internet did not work. The heat wasn’t working that well in room 227. They moved me to 334 the next day. But I should have been offered some sort of discount.

Floors were cold. Room was drafty and chilly until they moved me but still a little chilly. Wasn’t given enough details at check in

I liked the location of the property and how it was a good distance from local attractions. It was really well taken care of and the rooms were nice and clean. Wish there was AC control, couldn’t seem to get the fan to operate.

I thought the pool would be a little bigger.

Everything was fantastic except the Booking.com needs to update their site saying it has stuff in their room is what it does not come with fireplaces in the rooms and bars in the room among other stuff but otherwise it was

Nice, Quiet, clean , ALL OF THE HOUSE CLEANING STAFF , the newly wedded lesbian chef wwere the nicest friendly helpful WELCOMING WAY WAY more THAN the front desk employees. i checked in on Saturday late evening May 7 th the young African American front desk employee was rude , short didn’t make eye contact , on her phone and not a person you want as you walk in to hotel to greet you . I didn’t get the warm welcoming feeling at all. She was more annoyed . Two of the staff members the manager Beautiful African American lady at front desk was great and young African American young man was the nicest helpful welcoming out of the staff at front desk from time I checked in to check out.

Didn’t have water bottles available till the last day and night I stayed. out of a lot of snacks , sodas drinks etc. ice cream was not available either;(

The hotel is very close to shopping and the highway so is very easy to get there and everywhere.

You have to ask to clean the room every day. We weren’t aware of that so when we came at night the room was not clean. I asked for the cleaning for the next day and when we came at night the room wasn’t cleaned again. They did the cleaning very late at night, we were exhausted but at least we slept in a clean room with clean towels.

The location was very well positioned for my visit. It was a great room that offered privacy and quiet when it was time for bed. The staff were always engaging with us when we moved around checking to see if we were doing well and or needed anything extra to make our stay even more pleasant.

We loved the look of the hotel. It was beautiful. The property is very clean and well kept. The staff was polite and accommodating. Great location!

The sinks are silly! I didn’t even know you could buy tiny little sinks like that! lol I don’t get it. Very poor planning by the architect. I’ve noticed that many other reviews mention the tiny sinks. It was laughable. However it wouldn’t keep me from booking again in the future.

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I cannot brag enough on Quentin, "Q" - he was PHENOMENAL!!! The chef was extremely kind as well, and they really made the night special.

The area wasn't the greatest, but the building itself was super cool and unique.
