The place is really well decorated, big and confortable rooms and is really close to Alona beach and restaurants

The customer service was not good, specially compared to all the places we visited in the Phillipines. They took days to reply or didn´t reply at all to our questions, didn´t offer any type of help (all the places we stayed in the islands offered pick up service for a certain price. I sent a message asking about this or if they had any type of guidance, but they never replied), the wifii signal seemed to be good, but the password provided was not working and they didn´t help with this, so we ended up not using. The breakfast option available was just 1 - filipino breakfast, and if you wanted an american one (bread insted of rice), you had to pay 50 pesos more for that - this was the only place that we had to pay more for a different option.

We like the resort's very laid back feel. It was really quiet, clean, and offers reasonable prices. The place was really cool wherever you go, since wind passes through and through with its wide open spaces and high-ceiling. The villa we stayed in was really big we were all pleasantly surprised, it was literally a steal! The staff were accommodating and very pleasant. Overall, we will be recommending Villa Kasadya to family and friends and we'll definitely consider staying again if ever we're in Panglao.

The breakfast choices could be better. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't as great.

beautiful “boutique” hotel! only about 10 rooms . The hotel facilities are modern, stylish and clean. it is located in a small dirt road , 5 min walk from the Alona beach. the room is spacious and comfortable , AC works very well. shower and bathroom is outside the room but very nice. the shower works quite well (sometimes a bit of cold water but mostly the water temperature is perfect) the pool was super clean, and the pools temperature was perfect. the staff is super nice and they are very helpful apart the included breakfast, there is no lunch or dinner but the beach restaurants are very very close and you could always ask for takeaway delivery to the hotel. definitely recommend if you’re looking for a more affordable and modern hotel , no beach front though.

it’s a small thing but because of the cats around the place, sometimes there is a smell of poo in the garden around the pool .

The rooms at Kasadya are spacious, beautiful and stylish, super clean with a beautiful bed, a fridge and tea and coffee facilities and with a private courtyard. There is a great pool and lovely gardens. The location is excellent, a nice quiet area yet only 4-5 minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants. in the other direction it's only 5 minutes to the main road where there a numerous restaurants, spas, banks and money changers. The short , (100M), access road is unpaved and narrow, but that was no problem for us. three is some parking available. Best of all are the great staff, who went out of their way to be friendly and helpful . Michael and Jenna were great and they found and returned an expensive camera part I'd lost and though was gone. Thanks. I cant recall his name but when we asked for a restaurant recommendation, shortly after we set off on foot, he pulled up on his scooter and gave us a lift. All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay at the beautiful Alona Beach, made even better by great staff. Thank you Villa Kasadya

The amenities and the room. we like the room how it was designed. the Nipa roof provides us a comfortable and refreshing feeling of traditional Filipino home. Pool is great. my kids love it.

Walking distance from the beach. Although it is not much of a concern as we were able to do a little exercise by walking.

We only had a standard room but it was spacious. I liked that there was a seating area. The pool was very clean and not very chlorinated. The hotel was boutique style, it was small and quiet and never felt crowded yet was 650M from incredibly busy Alona Beach. There was a 2 for 1 Happy Hour. The hotel design is Balinese inspired rather than Filipino but it was super cute and well done. The room was well designed with high ceilings and a very private outdoor area. The staff asked if we wanted the room tidied up every day which we said yes too every time. It was so nice to return to a very clean room after a day out. The bathroom is not really outdoor but under the palapa. I thought it was designed well because then it was naturally aired out. A sliding glass door separated our bathroom from the bedroom which meant no mosquitoes/insects and the A/C was efficient and really cooled the room down...almost too cold. We kept the AC at a high temperature and never used it during the day. We were very comfortable in the room.

They only take CASH but never say that anywhere. That was sort of annoying.

House staff are very helpful and friendly. Quiet and relaxing place. Location is perfect with nearby access to the beach and other establishments but still with privacy. Each villa is big enough for 4 people and the bathroom is huge. We enjoyed hanging out at the villa lounge specially at night. Drying rack for wet clothes. Place is very clean. Pool is nice and warm. Free water refill at the restaurant dispenser. In-house pet dog "Leo" is a snub but is also friendly. He stole our food on our table one night, we caught him at it was hilarious. : )

Air-conditioning is abit lacking specially at noon when it gets really hot outside. Lighting inside the villa is too dim. Street is too dark at night had difficulty walking back to the resort at night. No complimentary breakfast or arrival drink, and in-house food is too expensive. Limited food selection on the menu.

location, just 2 min walk from Alona beach but it’s quiet. you have your own private garden with outstanding swimming pool. very friendly staff alsways willing to support

2 remarks that could be improved in our opinion: the curtains are letting through too much sun in the morning. so you wake up quite early. If these could be bit darker. And the path to the beach could use bit more light, it’s pretty dark and we can image older people might feel bit uncomfortable. it’s rocky and they could trip.

A charming, secluded oasis with a chill vibe in close proximity to Alona Beach and the Circumferential Road. The staff were helpful and attentive. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with a terrace. And the pool was a lovely to cool down and unwind at the end of the day before heading out for the evening.

I had read reviews warning about the pathway to the beach - uneven and unlit - but on the first evening I sustained an acute ankle sprain due to a partially broken step, which necessitated an unplanned trip to the ACE hospital to get x-rays and crutches. It’s not the fault of the property, but I just want to highlight the hazard to future guests. My only criticism of the property is that the aircon didn’t get the room sufficiently cool and the shower water pressure was not strong. But everything considered, I do recommend this place and I definitely would return here.
