I appreciated that each individual room was arranged like a studio, with easy access to a mini fridge for storage of snacks and beverages. The Family Suite with two bedrooms was amazing-- and the sofa was incredibly comfortable-- perfect for relaxing after a long day of excursions. The AC units all worked perfectly. The showers worked well with good pressure. The housekeepers are attentive and the reception desk as well, including offering water to refill our water bottles. It's just a short 40 peso ride from the town plaza and that's much better than the uphill walk! My family really enjoyed gathering in the pool to relax after dinner in town.

The double bed in the smallest room is quite small and only for one person practically. Unfortunately there was a child above my room and running back and forth playing all night and the floor/ceiling was thin, so it was a bit difficult to sleep early one of the evenings because of the noise-- but the reception desk assisted in resolving this upon notifying them.

Good location, beautiful hotel with nice design in the rooms ( simple and clean ). They clean the room when you ask for it and provide new towels. Location is good near good restaurants. We loved Bacalar it was our favorite place of whole mexico. Not too much tourists, authentic, beautiful paradis lake and nice prices in restaurants because in tulum or isla holbox its something else. This hotel had the best beds out of all the hotels we have been. We have two girls and the played a lot in the nice pool. We absolutely loved the place and the price is also very good when you consider what you get. Maybe only add a blowdryer. Thank you mayanah wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is extremely comfortable, beautifully designed, and well located for the price. We stayed on a whim and loved it so much we decided to stay longer to relax in the room after many intense days in the sun. It's centrally located to a main street where you can get food and simple necessities. There's even an OXXO right around the corner, which we went to several times during our stay. It's only about a 10-15 minute walk to the nice restaurants, and only 30 pesos and a few minutes by cab. We rented a family suite and it was heaven. The beds are nice, the bedding was high quality and seemed brand new. There is staff there 24/7 which made us all feel really safe. They were also just very kind and hard working in general. This place is wonderful.

It could get noisey on occasion. Nothing that was a deterant. The kitchens could use some utensils for cooking.

Not sure why there are bad reviews. The staff were great, the apartment was spacious and kitchen had all the equipment needed. Everything is within a 15 minute walk.

The sofa bed needed a bit more of a thorough clean but otherwise the stay was great.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The aesthetic is minimal, fresh and clean. It is also so spacious and really well laid out in the room. The poolside was always peaceful and quiet.

It isn’t very close to the lagoon. You can walk there in 20 minutes but if you want 24/7 lagoon views and access it’s not as close as I would have liked.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen was very useful.

I think it was a bit expensive for what you get in return. You had to tell someone when you wanted to take a shower so they could turn the hot water on.

Beautiful gardens inside the corridors and around pool area. Suites have a fully equipped kitchen.

No elevator to second floor. Refrigerator could be bigger since the kitchen has full size stove.

Staff was top notch, helped us out with anything we needed while we were enjoying our stay. We rented bikes to get around Bacalar and it was perfect. This spot is close to the bus station and a short ride to the laguna, which was amazing! Bacalar has so many cute spots to enjoy!

the hotel is well located, a few blocks from the very center and 1 block from the main road the hotel seems pretty new and is very well taken care of Our apartment was well decorated, well furnished and very calm Jimena, at the reception, was also super helpful with tips for places to go eat or activities (in this topic, the hotel recommends a 3h boat trip - please go and do this trip!); communication with her was also easy, clear and kind

wifi was really unstable within the hotel space wifi was not working at all in our apartment we also did a massage recommended by the hotel and provided by external professionals: we did it outside (they also offered to do it in the apartment but there were other group members in the apartment which was not easy) - I would recommend to have a room part of the hotel to do the massages

5mn from the ADO bus station and it’s a super clean and cosy little appartement with a confortable big bed, hot shower and wifi which works only in the living room but it’s not a problem! I had a late bus and they waited for me for the check-in at 2 am in the morning, talking via WhatsApp and being really reassuring ! Super nice Staff :-)

nothing much, the only thing would be the TV which does not work at all, but not really needed at the end ! and it’s a bit “far” from the center (10mn by feet so quite alright)
