Very cute and charming hotel in a cute place, if you are lucky with a breathtaking view of the mountains it is incredible! I am in love with location. The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are quite big and fresh. Every detail of the interior in the hotel is very cute. Great breakfast. Wonderful spa area with 3 types of sauna with great view and hummam. The food in the bar was delicious and a nice view again. Globally I love this hotel, worth the money in the summer season.

There is no coffee machine or kettle in the room, it is important and not comfortable. You have to pay 25€ per night for a dog, and the hotel does not provide anything for the dog in the room, this high price is not worth it. Parking is only paid 12€ per day, also a bit strange for such a hotel. In the spa area you must be naked, you can cover yourself with a towel, but it would be great if people at least had the right to choose to stay in a swimsuit. The pool for swimming is mostly outside, a bit cool.

The resort itself is stunning, our room was in front of the Alps, we woke up to a breathtaking view. The breakfasts are perfect, the buffet in the evening is like in a chef's restaurant. The kitchen and dining room staff are courteous, helpful and especially nice, doing an excellent service to the hotel. It's fun to sit by the burning fireplace, to walk in the area between the streams and the snow. The hot tub outside is pleasant, it's just a shame that there is no power button. The pool outside is cold. Highly recommend.

The indifference of the receptionist: We got stuck with our car in the middle of a snowy mountain helpless as two tourists, the hotel's telephone response was mainly lack of care and unwillingness to help💔

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms with a fridge and a balcony with a view. We booked two rooms and automatically got rooms next to each other connected by the balcony. The pool was heated, both indoor and outdoor, with a whirlpool offering beautiful views. We really liked the wellness area with various saunas. There was plenty of space everywhere. Excellent breakfast. We’ve been to many hotels, and this breakfast was one of the best. The hotel also has a nice restaurant with outdoor seating and a bar. We also appreciated the spacious garage with plenty of room. We liked everything very much. The location was ideal, very close to the cable cars. It’s important to note that the town is quite small, and there are only a few restaurants.

Beautiful views, nice terrace and outdoor wellness area, likeable selection and service at the breakfast, warm and personal service by the staff, easy parking in the garage and access to the hotel (note: a daily charge of 12e), easy access to most hiking trails. We have stayed here several times. The panorama rooms are best for view. Be aware that mountain view rooms may offer view to a side wing of the building. Partial mountain view would be more justified description for that room category view.

Too bad the pillows and mattresses are worn out, so the wellness factor of the hotel gets a bit lost… you need a massage after a bad night sleep and a stiff neck ;) Therefore value for money this time was not great!

Great view, i really liked the Spa. The frontdesk people were very helpful in general, especially Petros (not sure if this was his name, but greek guy)

Cleanliness level was ok, but could be better. The comfort of the pillows is terrible, what is the logic of relaxing in the spa when you have to sleep the night on terrible pillow. Also, you can feel the stress within some of the employees even though they all work hard.. most of them were great. Only.. Bulgarian guy that was serving breakfast, even though was very organized in his work, was giving comments on national basis that are just not his place to discuss. I don’t care about nationalisms and i don’t care what is his opinion on Macedonians or Bulgarians.. and certainly I don’t want to hear no ones opinions without asking.

Loved our room-plenty of space, clean, modern and with exceptional view. Free sauna un pool was amazing adding to all of that. Incredibly rich breakfast with also little vegan options. In hotel there is also bar that you can visit at the evening and have a drink on terrace with amazing view on the mountains. There is fitness room and little gym in building that is free for use. Friendly staff. Underground parking. You will find places to eat near by. One that is owned by hotel itself (just next to it) and another one is 10min walk next to the pond. WE WERE SO PLEASED THAT WE BOOKED ANOTHER 2 nights THE WEEK AFTER.

The only complain would be the cost for the parking, 12€ seem to be a little steep for one day parking. But sure it’s great that it is a underground parking.

Rich breakfast, well maintained facilities, and friendly staff are just some of the pros. The SPA has everything you need for a quality morning swim with a view on mountains. There are plenty of parking options, from outdoor parking to the garage...

Our room had two single beds with metal hooks on the side holding the mattress - if you don't see these hooks and sit at the edge, you'll definitely feel the pain. Also, mattresses were too hard, and we weren't able to sleep on the side. The kitchen closes at 9 pm. Beware, a loud emergency siren could be heard at 5:30 am, which woke us up on Monday morning way too early... We don't know how often the siren goes on as we stayed only one night.

The breakfast was good! Spa and outdoor pool with a wonderful view. Warm pool for the kids. The restaurant and the bar were good too, amazing cocktails!

It's not the thing we didn't like, it's just something as a must, but the hotel was not prepared for it at all. Our daughter burned her hand with boiled water, and the staff had nothing to help, not even a first aid kit. Luckly, there is a spa shop where they had some cooling gel to buy.

This hotel in a countryside is amazing! the view between the mountains is breathtaking. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Too many options to choose from in the breakfast The service was great and when we left they gave us bottles of water with biscuits for the road which I think is a really nice touch! We'll definitely be going back

During our stay, the weather was cold, and the outside pool wasn't heated enough to swim in as I thought. Other than that, nothing to complain about!

Dinner was poor. Outside seating with such great views not possible. Pillows terrible! If you want to sleep, bring your own! Hotel guests are paying for hotel parking which is nonsense. The pool is not so spectacular as on the picture, and gets quite packed very quickly. Massage was average. No saunas identified. Price value ratio is not good
