It was close to where I needed to go

How the room was not cleaned there for a week and had to clean my own room or had to keep getting my own towels throw my own trash. Not enough soap give ]n had to asked for that as we were three people using the shower. We needed towels every day. It was ok but why rent a room. Of you had to clean should, get a discount to do your maid service. Your customers should not have to clean their rooms for what the cost of paying for the stay.

room was clean.. no stains on the furniture or carpet.. a/c worked great!.. every one was verrry friendly and always smiling.. they were accommodating even brought the plunger up to my room late one night because i had 3 kids & couldn’t leave to go get it.. housekeeping came every morning to ask if i needed towels or washcloths.. breakfast was pretty good except the milk was sour..

first night the sink was verrry slow to drain but maintenance came first thing in the morning & unclogged it.. needed to hold the handle to flush the toilet which caused it to get clogged.. i should have gotten a heads up the pool was not available.. was told the filter didn’t work.. kids were disappointed.. also the fitness room was under renovation.. feel i should have gotten a discount on the room for not having use of those..

The bed was so comfortable and the pillows too. I wish I could have brought them home with me.

The floors was a little out dated and some of the house keeping were complaining about animals in the hotel. I thought it was unprofessional but besides that I love the desk clerks, very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The location was good, the breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and attentive.

The hotel is a bit dated, but understand the issues over the years with storm damage and trying to get back to their best.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. We didn’t get to swim because the weather was bad! I don’t know if the pool was even open at all though!

Had to wait at the front desk for someone over 10/15 minutes! Which led to an old couple requesting a refund!

The hotel was super close to the mardi gras parade route, the staff was extremely nice and helpful, and rooms were nice and clean

The pillows were not very comfortable they were pretty flat and the beds were a bit hard, plus the continental breakfast was closed until 8am on Saturday but because we had to be in New Orleans early the next morning we were not able to receive the breakfast that was included with our room

Clean hotel in good location. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Exactly what I expected for the price.

Pool was still green and looked bad walking in.

Was able to make a last minute booking at a great value. Pretty good free breakfast

Only one luggage cart that another guest kept in their room when we checked out.

Staff was great. We had 2 small dogs, friendly with them. Greeted them also. Room was clean, bed was great

Room was clean, but didn't feel clean. Didn't care for the coffee in the room.

breakfast was great. Had a hard time finding the location even with a GPS. Houma, La streets not lit up, and street signs not visible very easily.
