Location to airport--very good. Beds were comfortable. Room was comfortable and clean. Check in and out was simple. Staff attentive. I am a 61 year old female and was alone and felt very safe here.

I had a terrific dinner--salmon, rice, veggies and wine. Breakfast buffet left a little something to be desired for the price. Hubby ordered breakfast off the menu and it was a little smaller than anticipated. Dinner was not the same category at all.

Hilton Garden is perfect for leaving on a flight. Their Shuttle was prompt and willing to take us to the airport as early as 4AM. They had coffee and tea, fruit and helpful staff. We did don’t stay for breakfast as we left too early but the facility has a lot to offer.

There is a very overpriced Bar onsite. I would opt to going somewhere else. A shot of alcohol was $10! I thought that was a bit over the top. Beer and Wine Spritzer in a can was $9. Not worth the convenience.

I was really worried about transportation to the hotel from the airport as it was arriving very late into the night, but when I called for the van, the girl(so sorry I didn't get her name) came right away, very friendly and took all bags. Very late yet she was still cheerful and helpful!

I ended up paying for FIVE NIGHTS FOR ONLY TWO STAYS. When trying to book the room coming and going on my trip, your computers were down due to bad weather so I was directed to book online. Didn't know about the procedure and mistakenly kept trying to book successfully, not knowing each try was taking the booking each time. Unknown to me, it was going to other countries to book and were impossible to reach to correct the errors. Made me sick to my stomach! Girl at your desk went above and beyond to try and help me but we both failed. Horrible experience and outcome!

I typically don't write a review for a quick airport stay but I have to commend the staff at this hotel. I came in a night early on 1/25/23 to make an early flight the next day due to a snowstorm. The hotel was very busy with stranded travelers but the gentleman at the front desk was so friendly, efficient and calm taking care of a long line of people all by himself. The bartender doing double duty as a waiter in the lounge area was also so welcoming as I needed to order some food before the kitchen closed. It's obvious they are understaffed but these two kept it all moving in a welcoming way for all the stranded travelers. The rooms are basic but clean for a quick stay, but the personnel made the difference.

Was able to get in and out quick, quiet, with ease. Even when the lobby was very busy at (what I assume was) dinner time, the space of the lobby made it seem less crowded. BIG PLUS for me.

Beds...kind of felt like a slow release medicine. You lay down on a hard surface, 10 minutes later you're sinking into a mattress seemingly made from pudding. Perhaps a better brand of mattress would be called for.

Convenient to airport. Safe, clean and comfortable!

It would have been nice to have a better selection of food in the lobby/restaurant/bar. Also, if the bar/restaurant was open a little later would be very helpful to travelers coming in during the evening hours.

Almost everything is indoors. The weather does not really effect our stay. The pool was a nice temperature. Outside were beautiful flowers. Many flower varieties and colorful.

There was some carpet at the back of the building right outside the elevator on the first and third floors that my wife and I kept tripping over. Could someone please stretch the carpet and have it lay flat.

Staff was incredibly courteous. They were even able to accommodate an early check-in. Airport shuttle van was ready to go at 5am. Unlike experiences at other hotels, the staff here had an attitude of wanting to help me out, rather than me feeling like I was bothering them to help me.

Location was excellent ! Right across from the airport and minutes from the Maine mall. Price was very reasonable. Firepit, hot tub, pool were excellent. Only complaints are the breakfast wasn’t free despite the fact it said breakfast included. Other than that …. Great value and great location. Room was clean.

The staff and their super cordial service. Clive even called up to our room to be sure we were comfortable and had what we needed.

Booking.com not having my reservation paid for when I arrived. The Asst Manager of the hotel was going to bat for me but Booking was very uncooperative.
