The staff was very helpful even when there were some hiccups in checking in. Being able to walk to the Niagara Falls park and aquarium from the hotel was quite nice and easy. Room was clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The restaurant was quite good and my friend and I went there multiple times during our stay.

During our last night here, some family was in a room above us. They were stomping around past 11:30 pm. I got fed up and went to the front desk to request a different room. They gave us a room on the 2nd floor away from the family, and it was finally quiet enough for us to sleep.

We ate at the adjoining small restaurant. front desk staff awesome. Close walking distance to the Falls and Casino. Had a beautiful view of the old church just across the street. The room was very up to date, beds were comfy.

The room had no closet. Instead it had pegs hanging from a small alcove to hang your clothes. Did not work well for us at all. The bathroom had a "barn door"closure which was hard to open and close. The bathroom had a big tub we didn't use it. The shower was a separate walk in, which was awesome. But the shower head was one of those rain ones. Right over your head.....not enough power to get shampoo and conditioner out efficiently. There wasn't a lot of places to put your soap if you didn't want to use the items on the wall in the shower. Also no hand rails on the shower wall....floor was a bit slippery. Lighting could have been brighter.

For both dinner and breakfast, we used their restaurant. The staff was very nice and attentive. The food was also great and not so overpriced. The location is about 10 mins walk to the fall and it was safe to walk around even at night. The room and the bathroom was clean and comfortable to stay just a night. People at the front desk We will definitely go back to this hotel.

The bed sheets had some stains and also the shower curtain was a bit moldy at the bottom. It was not the level to make a complaint so we decided to enjoy the stay for a night. It seems like it takes 1-2 weeks to get the $250 security deposit which is longer than other facilities but we will wait for that to come back in 1-2 weeks.

Very clean. breakfast came with the room. one for each person ,at the restaurant in the building (seva) it was a bar and grill with outside patio and a gas burn pit and anybody could eat there. We met friends. had filtered water for the room. And a nice little glass container and two glasses to put it in .Didn’t have to buy a bottled water .ice machine. all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Gave us extra coffee and towels whenever we needed them for the room.cojo was very helpful.

The hallway and rooms were small. but very accommodating.

Room was very nice and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and clean as well. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful with our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

My only complaint is that I wish there was at least some bottled water and enough supplies for the coffee machine like stirrers, sugar, creamer, caffeinated coffee, etc.

The hotel was great. It felt like it was built recently and everything looked new. It also had a very comfortable bed and a Fridge and microwave. We got the room with the balcony. It was a good addition as well. Another thing I liked was the breakfast served in first food. The food was delicious.

Even thought the hotel was great, the room wasn't cleaned / organized for the 3 nights we stayed there. We even had the sign outside. Right when we did the checkout, we told the reception lady, and she mentioned we had to ask the cleaning employee to clean our room. Normally we don't ask the employees, so maybe things are just a little different in this hotel. Overall, everything was great.

I had a fantastic experience at Voco Hotel in Niagara Falls. The service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They kindly stored my luggage and efficiently managed my early check-in. The room was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the necessities, including toiletries, towels, a remarkably comfortable bed, and ample space. The hotel's food was delicious, and the bar served delightful beers. Additionally, Voco Hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the park. This proximity allows for easy access to the attractions and natural beauty of Niagara Falls. It's an ideal choice for those looking to explore the park and enjoy all it has to offer.

However, the only downside was the absence of a coffee maker or coffee in the room. Apart from that, everything about Voco Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for a wonderful stay in Niagara Falls.

No bell boy to carry the luggage, have to move the luggage by self. No dental kits provided.

Service was friendly and very accommodating. They were very willing to work with me when I arrived before scheduled check-in time.

Breakfast at the attached, Seva Cafe, was a bit pricey compared to other places in the area. The room was advertised to include steaming TV service, but it was in the process of being upgraded, so it was not availible to me at the time.

Everyone was so kind here! I came for my 29th birthday and it was the perfect getaway. They walked us through how to navigate the area and suggested food and activities which was super helpful. The jetted bathtub was perfect for winding down after days of lots of exploring and the food in the onsite restaurant was delicious.
