Great location and exceptional service. The staff members were very courteous and the FO Manager (Mr. Sujith) was highly supportive and cooperative. We had food from the restaurant as well, which was delicious. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always providing service with a smile.

The parking space in the hotel is very limited. Only 9 four wheelers can be accommodated at once. A couple of chairs in the room seemed in need of maintenance.

Cleaness

The room I’ve booked had very loud low frequencies noise, probably coming from ventilation or some sort and they offered me another room. The amount of noise was reduced, but still there even I turned off AC. Those who are sensitive to low frequencies noise will have trouble to sleep as someone wrote on the google map review.

Breakfast could improve.

Stayed three nights and everything was great. Ate a couple og meals in the restaurant that were very good. The room was spacious and quiet, had a good bed and was clean. The staff were all friendly and polite, and I got great help in getting and paying for waiting list tickets on the train, no charge. Location was what I needed, close to trains and busses, gym, cinemas, a mall and plenty of restaurants. Not too busy street.

Nothing, but the location is not right next to the waterfront. I walked to the boats, no problem.

Once again I had the distinct pleasure of staying at Hotel ABAD Metro on October 25th, and I must express that my experience was just as fantastic as my previous, more extended stay. I recently enjoyed a nearly 16-day stay from Sept 19th to Oct 5th, and I can confidently say that it was an unique experience. Right from the moment I arrived, the exceptional service provided by the front office staff, namely Mr. Rijo and Mr. Anoop, truly left an indelible impression. They were incredibly helpful, courteous, and attentive to all of my needs. Their warm welcome and unwavering assistance made me feel right at home . While the food options might have been somewhat limited, the quality of the food surpassed all of my expectations. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Sreejith for making my stay so memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Cochin. Big enough nice clean room and toilet. Toilet was equipped with all required essentials like tooth paste, shaving kit, shower caps, shampoo, extra soaps, body wash and lotions of great quality. Had hot water and clean towels. The AC worked perfectly well. There was parking inside the compound which was was safe and convenient. Staff was very helpful and assisted well during check in and check out.

Location is amazing. Very centrally located. Arm stretch away from MG Road. You will be spoiled with options for eating joints. Nice cozy rooms. Staff is super cool and helpful. Mathew, Amal and Anoop at front desk are real sweethearts. They understand the guest needs and they are very professional. House keeping staff are polite and helpful. Restaurant serves good food at a reasonable charges. Breakfast is tasty at a reasonable price. 24 hrs running hot water is superb.

Nothing major. Bathroom is well fitted but the shower area is too small because of which the dry floor is a dream. Floor mat / floormat outside the bathroom is missing till you ask. quality of shampoo needs a bit of improvement. None of the above limitations are a major constraint. I will stay here again!

Very clean well run hotel in excellent location in Cochin. The walk to the port is about 20 minutes and gives you a nice insight into city life. The metro is 10 min away and the rickshaw takes max 10 min to the train station for 70 rs. The rooms are very nice and well equipped, the showers wonderfully hot when needed. The manager Sreejith was very helpful during my stay regarding all my questions and concerns, whether cab, train connection, internet, city information, and much more. I will definitely be booking at Abad Metro again in Dec 23 on my next stay in Cochin, and will be very much looking forward to the new menu which will hopefully be completed by then. the bedding is out of microfiber , which is not breathable and in that sweating is result. I would prefer bedding out of cotton.

In my 4 nights of stay I found the place so welcoming with a fantastic inhouse staff. They cater all your requirements with utmost care and give preference to details. There is a 24x 7 front desk for help and delightful room service. The location is near all the major shopping centres and malls, making it a hotspot and accessible from public transport like metro and railway stations. I would give five stars for their hospitality, cleanliness and warmth
