The room was very spacious and clean and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable. We arrived at the hotel way before checking time (around 10 am) and even though, check-in was not until 15h, they let us enter our room directly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, one of the best buffets I've had in a really long time. On top of that, there is free coffee and tea available all day at the lounge area.

The room and hotel were perfect, except for one little detail. It is located next to some bars so there is a lot of music and noise at night. It is impossible to sleep with the window open. The hotel must be aware of this since they have earplugs available in the room.

The staff are wonderful, respond promptly. Breakfast is great. We had business room, lot of space for two of us. We particularly love the coffee machine and refrigerator. It is on back side of central station, one can use bridge to cross the street, pass a small park, turn left， hotel sign is big and visible. There are 7-eleven across the street, and KIWI grocery store , tram station, good restaurants are nearby. We walked to most tourism spots. The only place we have to take tram is Vigeland park.

We heard some noise from the street late night. The area is a little dark at night. But Oslo is a relatively safe city.

Breakfast includes both cold and warm options with a diverse range of choices, whereas the politeness of the staff members is something that stood out (compliments to them!). The room was one with two beds and a shower, which was more than spacious for myself (even more than spacious enough with a 2nd person there) and cleaned every day. The location of the hotel is a few minutes walking from central station and a few minutes walking from several (cheaper, for European terms) restaurants. Would certainly stay here again when visiting Oslo!

Hotel was very clean and breakfast was great with an excellent choice of food. Location was good for closeness to things and only 200 yds or so into the middle the city. Close to the train station and public transort is excellent. 10 minutes walk to the marina and Opera house for a stroll on the roof. Rock bar next door was great, as we do like the vibe and they have live music on. Walking over to Akerhus was about 10 minutes and the walk along Aker Brygge was great

It can be a little noisy into the early hours as we were in a room at the front of the hotel but it didnt put us off.

The breakfast was outstanding! It will not let you down for sure. We can definitely praise the hotel staff - extremely kind and helpful. The location of the hotel should be also underlined as really convenient. The room was pretty OK - we liked, first of all, the iron;-). There are other additional nice options to be used, e.g. free coffee in the lobby.

It was impossible to handle the temperature in the room:-(. Floor heating in the bathroom, air conditioning, roof windows - all these worked not enough or worked... far too well.

The location close to the railway station was important for us. We were also able to walk to major attractions. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Weekend reception desk staff were very helpful.

There was some street noise (people arguing) in the early hours of the morning on both nights that woke us up. We weren’t aware that a breakfast box was available for early checkout. We were booked on a 6.30am train and would have appreciated this.

Staff were incredible, particularly Kenneth who arranged for a lovely surprise as we were in Oslo for our honeymoon. Nothing was a problem for the staff. The breakfast was large and outstanding selection and quality - it was packed with what seemed to us as locals on the weekend for breakfast.

Location was a bit of a walk to get into the city (we were there in a particularly snowy winter). Probably easier if you don't have snow. Tricky to get to from the central station with large suitcases by walking.

1) Bathroom is very small especially shower ------ Here are small notes for future guests (it's not a cons, just notes): - Parking isn't free (I assume it's usual for Norway) – Spectrum parking on the next street (2 minutes by walk). 24 hours costs approximately 20-30 euros. Can be paid automatically with transponder (for rental cars only) - There're some bars and a club near the hotel. So, it's a little bit noisy. It can be a problem If your sleep bad and you awake from any sounds (by the way, I slept well)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed here for 2 nights on the 5th floor with a street view. It was very hot in Oslo during our stay, and there was no air conditioning in the hotel room, but the lady receptionist brought a fan. Location is walking distance to the city center. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices.

Location: There were lots of homeless and drunk people roaming around the street where the hotel is located They didn't bother us but it wasnt a nice sight to see, it made us uneasy. Room: There were stains on the bathroom sink when we checked into the room. No problem, I just wiped them away - perhaps it was overlooked. I had to use a chair to put my cpap (sleeping gadget) next to my bed. The chair under the table was dusty, a shame really.

The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Once we’d figured out the local transport the location was good - a 5 min walk to the tram stop.

My room was very small and dark with a tiny window - couldn’t see out and had to keep the lights on all the time. I wouldn’t want to walk around late at night - it’s not located in the lest area.
