The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The location was great for the things we wanted to do. The facility was clean, comfortable and well maintained. My room was clean and I liked the in-room safe. Although my room was near the elevators, we were not disturbed by the other guests. There was ample parking and I felt safe.

I would have liked to have a mini fridge for my medication and a microwave would have been nice. The bathroom space was on the small side but it was clean and adequate.

The breakfast was good. The location was a little out-of-the-way where I was going.

Gentlemen at The front desk checking me in, was not nice at all. I’m a Hilton Honors member and he offered me nothing. I later found out that Doubletree gives out cookies I was never offered any. He was not friendly and it made things start off not too well. He was an older gentleman with white hair. He was rude and I was sorry I came to that hotel but everyone else was extremely nice.

I Love Everything about the Property. It was Beautiful and for the Cost I paid, it was Even More Exceptional!!! Customer Service was Great and the Room Was AWESOME🤗 We had to stay because of Flight Cancelation and the Property System was Down upon our arrival. It was taken care of from the Front Desk and was Accommodated with Breakfast Certificates. Breakfast was GREAT🙌🏽

There's Absolutely Nothing really to write about that we didn't like, because everything was great about our stay. Even for the short period of time we were there!!!

The staff and breakfast was good, I enjoyed then options on the breakfast buffet. We received complimentary breakfast passes from Alana as a result to the issues in our room.

We had issues with the heat the first night, it did not work. The vent was making a loud noise and knock all night. The room did not get warm until after maintenance came and repaired it the next morning. The sink/tub makes loud gulping sound from the pipes randomly throughout the night and day.

Nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable. Big screen tv was great. We had breakfast delivered to our room and it was excellent. Eggs cooked to order, link sausage, toast and juice. The staff were great.

The parking lot is long and had to park a long way from the hotel entrance. There's nothing they can do about that. The parking places are quite skinny. It wasn't a problem for me because my vehicle is small but I saw others struggle to fit their big trucks and SUVs into a spot and still have room to actually get out of their car.

I was pleasantly surprised, I've traveled for years, in various states, with the military, and Texas does not have the best hotels...but this "hotel in Texas" was amazing...I was very pleased because under the emergency circumstances we needed comfort...The staff was engaging and helped us decide on where to go for dinner. The breakfast was great, wished we had purchased it with our reservation, but we will the next time....I would definitely stay again, we have to go back after the holidays.

Need a heated pool, for these cooler months...in Dallas.

FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN I WAS GIVEN A WARM WELCOME! EVERTHING WAS EXPLAINED IN FULL DETAIL ON PARKING AND BREAKFAST. I EVEN HAD A REPRESENTATIVE TEXTING ME MAKING SURE THAT WE WERE COMFORTABOLE AND HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. THE ENTIRE STAFF, BAR, KITCHEN, HOUSEKEEPING AND FRONT DESK PEOPLE WERE SO NICE. ACTUALLY ABOUT TO BOOK AGAIN IN FEBRUARY.. 10/10!

we love the cookies! what a nice touch. we stayed at a doubletree in Denver back in 2013. that’s when we discovered the cookies!!! I hope cookies are available for many years to come.

the dining situation. every night, after work, we need to eat. but the only place to eat at the hotel, besides room service, was at the bar. well, Ryan the bartender (superior bartender by the way) was the only person serving drinks, and food. well, this becomes difficult when there are 30 or more people to serve. Did I tell you Ryan was a superior tender? he’s the best. but understaffed!!! poor guy. he was working harder than a wolverine trying to fight a herd of bears!!

The young man at the front desk, check-in was awesome. I did not arrive to the hotel for check-in until after 2am, I was offered a sandwich and check-in was speedy which I greatly appreciated. Thank you for great service.

That the Double Tree did not have a shuttle to and from the airport. A shuttle would have been the icing on the cake if it was provided. I received an additional $5 fee on my credit card and I am not sure for what reason.

Loved the breakfast buffet, great options, breakfast attendents were very nice. I think it's great that it is pet friendly. Beautiful architecture, very much enjoy the elevator rides. Complimentary cookies are delicious! In a convenient location, nearby restaurants and stores.

Nothing I did not like. Would suggest having paper plates and/or napkins near microwave or at check in desk
