Best location in old town. VERY SECURE. They had gates and doors locked which makes it a bit hard to get in and out. 24 hour front desk which is what I needed since I arrived past midnight. Great price for the quality of the room, clean and had the essential for a night's stay. A bit noisy from people above around and dark, but a great crash place that isn't a hostel. People are nice there. I was able to leave my bags in secure room while my other accommodation allowed check in. just right next door there is Pastel's De Nana- Portuguese custard dessert and coffee-best thing to have right in the morning. PLUS!! A/C which is a necessity here in summer in Seville

A buzzer or something would be nice to ring the front desk. I had to call to get someone's attention while waiting outside the closed gates. Beds are arranged two twins side by side which is odd, but with just me, it was fine. Needs a fridge!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Property was situated in an excellent location - not just for sightseeing but also for the many excellent bars and restaurants in the area. Room was spotless clean and maid service was provided every day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would no hesitation in staying again or to recommend to others.

Room was a bit small for us, but having a short stay of only three nights was acceptable. Maybe a problem for longer stays though. Car parking was close by but at a charge of 25 euros per night was expensive in my opinion.

Location was excellent, all the staff were absolutely lovely, room was cleaned and fresh towels every day. No place to eat there but with so many local restaurants right on the doorstep, it didn't matter at all! Air conditioning worked really well, we stayed during the 40°+ heat. Room was small but lovely for the price.

The room we had had shutters which opened directly onto the lobby area, no glass. Not a big deal as the shutters had bolts but if you were sensitive to noise you might hear people coming and going.

A stone throw away from the Cathedral, lots of restaurants in the area. Around 15' walk from the bus stop coming from the airport. Excellent AC, excellent shower, daily bedroom cleanup and change of towels. Staff is very friendly and hotel is very quiet at night. Absolute good value

The room was lacking daylight, but nothing that goes against my excellent stay.

Location was superb! Literally just a few steps away from the iconic Seville Cathedral with restaurants all lined up on the street.

We were given a special room with a balcony but had to go up 19 flight of stairs! It was a struggle since we had 2 big pieces of luggage. Requested for a change of room but wasn’t granted. Rooms only need refurbishment. A bit outdated.

Lovely hotel in an amazing location with very friendly staff. The roof terrace was lovely for paella at a good price whist the sunset over a beautiful view.

Room was lovely but a little tight to move around in the wheelchair. Main entrance had a step but they did have a side entrance that they opened for me each time I wanted to come and go.

Room was simple but comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic, so central, just a few min walk from the cathedral and palace, lovely tapas bars close by. Staff were helpful and ordered a taxi for me to the airport.

Would have been nice to have kettle in the room instead of the TV to make tea/ coffee

Staff was there 24/7 and very helpful with suggestions, making reservations, etc. Hotel and entire surrounding área was very safe, and central to most historic sites. Restaurants, cafés and bars just steps away. A GREAT central location. Tasteful decore, exceptionally comfortable bed, and extremely clean.

The room was interior and on the ground floor. The only window opened into the lobby which at times was rather noisy as people came and went early morning and late at night. Otherwise very quiet.

Great budget hotel close to all the historic sites, restaurants, bars and shopping. Stayed an extra night. Left luggage for a few hours. No problem. Gave me a better price for second night. Seville is a wonderful city!

Rooms were dark with no view outside. MIght not be a problem for others, but I am clostrophobic. No breakfast served. However it can be really noisy at night, so I'm sure this helps get a better night's sleep.

I liked everything. This is a small but very comfortable hotel with exceptional and amazing staff at the reception who are very customer-oriented and welcoming! The location cannot be any better! It's in the very heart of the city, all the attractions are within very short walking distance! I strongly reccommend! Greetings to a very friendly reception staff Alexander!
